unprofessional and rude staff

Your staff members want to get a grip speaking to a guy like that and being aggresive to a member of the public doing nothing illegal just flying a drone .... disgracefull

Servicio postventa paupérrimo. Entregaron sin luz ni agua. Tardaron 15 días en solucionarlo. El vallado del jardín de muy mala construccion. Una vez cobran, se olvidan de todo

I think your staff need to be drug tested there are defiantly a few screws loose with the individual that had an encounter with DJ audits.

I rented a scooter in Barcelona. The scooters are amazing. The system to rent them as well. But on my last day before going to the airport the scooter didn't start anymore. Had to leave him and informed them via app, via mail and even tried by phone. But nobody ever took care ... 1 week later I had payments of over 100 € booked from my credit card. No invoice ... nothing

And now ... they continuously charge from my credit card. Though I already took their permission use my credit card

Una empresa admirable. Es un orgullo como español contar con empresas que dejen tal alto el listón, el nombre de España y el talento que tenemos.

Addebitati 100 euro per una fantomatica multa per rimozione della moto, peccato che da priva fotográfica la moto era stata parcheggiata correttamente. Sono 2 settimane che scrivo interrottamente all assistenza per avere risposta ma nulla, non si degnano di chiarire l'accaduto nonostante i continui solleciti. Semplicemente vergognosi!

Ho ricevuto un addebito di 195 euro per una multa, che sembra essere stata elevata per zona rimozione. Lo sccoter era stato da me lasciato il 12 dicembre e la multa è stata elevata 7 gg dopo. Nessuna comunicazione è stata inviata per informare dell'addebito sulla mia carta, me ne sono reso conto dai messaggi di addebito. Inoltre dopo oltre due mesi, chiamando il servizio clienti, nessuno mi ha inviaato copia di questo verbale e motivazioni della multa. Intanto, perchè ho accettato il terms e conditions, mi hanno addebitato 195 euro. Non utilizzerò mai più il servizo Acciona.

Sconsigliata, azienda inaffidabile e disonesta, addebitano sanzioni per i caschi perche' i loro bauletti non si aprono!!

ASSOLUTAMENTE INADEGUATI ED INEFFICIENTI. Non c'é stata una volta che non abbia avuto un qualche disguido per ogni noleggio d'uno scooter elettrico Acciona. Appaiono sempre sporchi e malmessi, sospensioni ed ammortizzatori inesistenti, bauletto che si apre 1 volta e cento no, specchietti che non ti fanno vedere (perché non si regolano a sufficienza), cambio di fascia di velocità/tariffa che noon torna mai indietro a quella standard (così spendi di più), app e connessione internet che funziona 1 volta su cento, pagine bianche che girano a vuoto ma ti fanno spendere minuti ed euro a vanvera ed infine -last but not least - se arrivi a destinazione senza che si spenga in mezzo al traffico ad alto scorrimento, in curva ed in salita, sei un miracolato!!!!
SERVIZIO CLIENTI CHE PERFINO NON SI SENTE NE' SI CAPISCE NULLA, VOLUME BASSO ED "ATTUFATO", LUNGHISSIME ATTESE MENTRE SEI IN DIFFICOLTA', IDIOMA INCOMPRENSIBILE, DISPONIBILITA' A RISOLVERE NEL BISOGNO.... PREGARE TANTISSIMO PRIMA DI CHIAMARE!!!!

Portraying itself as a green company despite building an incinerator against the wishes of local residents, creating more pollution. They ought to be ashamed.

The terrible disregard for environmental concerns and the rank profiteering of this company is so disappointing.

Why are you building an incinerator in London? This infrastructure is not aligned with net zero goals, it causes poor health outcomes for the local residents and disincentives recycling. Get with the programme Acciona! BASTA!

I think it's interesting how a 'green energy' supplier is still planning on building an incinerator in Edmonton, London, a poor area with predominately POC...

The incinerator will be emitting CO2 and other greenhouse gases for decades undoing years worth of positive climate action while also putting all our lives at risk due to increased air pollution. If all the other companies have pulled out already, why haven't ACCIONA? Do better ACCIONA :(

As a so-called green company they should not be building incinerators, especially in an already heavy polluted and derived part of London.

Definitely AVOID. A company that relies on its eco credentials but at the same time is bidding for an INCINERATOR to pollute north London. Should be boycotted and blacklisted.
