My partner wrote a negative review already to which accommodation responded saying they’d rectify the situation and make sure all the information on the advert was correct. I came across the advert for the property again today and although it no longer says “bills included” it does now say “reduced” even though the price was raised by £50, wouldn’t trust this company at all they change things as and when they please and put blatant lies in their advertisements. Avoid.

This company let my family a house which was cleverly painted fresh to hide the shocking state of the property. The paint job lasted 2 weeks before huge damp patch appears in one room. Water streaming in another room and several windows so bad there was cleaning product in between panes!
Lorna completely blagged her way in securing the lease knowing full well she was letting a house which I eventually had to get environmental health out to. He was shocked at the state of the property and gave a list to Richard who incidentally emails at 6pm on a Friday night just so he doesn’t need to deal with you again

Apparently landlord too poor to fix the property to a decent standard. I had to pay hundreds of pounds out for items she couldn’t afford. We have since heard this is not her only property in Cumbernauld so letters beware!

Dishonest and unprofessional - avoid

The property was advertised as all bills included except council tax. During the viewing, Ben (who showed me the house) also confirmed that the bills were included.

Later, John (the owner) contradicted this, saying only the internet was included. When I pointed out the mistake, he ignored my concern and immediately declined my application instead of addressing the misleading information.

This is blatant bait-and-switch behaviour and extremely unprofessional. Do not trust what they advertise or tell you in person.

I have been using Dan in Leeds for the past 1 year and he has been brilliant. Will definitely recommend him.

As a landlord I've been with the company for a few years. Just been allocated a new property manager, Omer, who is excellent. Answers all my questions prompt and with solutions where appropriate. Wasn't sure I was going to stay with the company but will definitely continue with them now.

I had a very disappointing experience letting a flat in central London. The first tenants were very good with no issues - we had a very good manager Richard who communicated very effectively and was extremely helpful. Things went south after the first 2 years when Richard moved on, the local agent struggled to find tenants and the communication was non-existent with no interim inspections undertaken. The tenants failed to report a leak which led to a repair of thousands of pounds. Even though the agent asked the original tenants to pay for a professional carpet clean when they left (and it looked fine) they failed to ask the same of the next tenants who left the flat in a dirty state and I had to pay £500 for professional cleaning. Missing furniture was also not noted on the check out report. I have continued to receive demands for unpaid council tax and utility bills from when they lived there and the whole experience has been very upsetting. I would never use them again.

I had an outstanding experience working with Andy from accommodation.co.uk. From the very first conversation, he made the whole letting process incredibly smooth and stress-free, explaining everything in detail and always being at hand if I had any questions. Andy is genuinely friendly, easy to talk to, and immediately puts you at ease with his likable nature. At the same time, he’s wonderfully professional and straight to the point, no time wasted, no confusion, just clear communication and efficient action.

Arranged a house viewing , had a text and email to confirm.. waited at the property for 40 mins , no one turned up.
Rang and emailed the office multiple times. They could be bothered to get back to me .. then I got a email 20 mins after I left saying thank you for attending your viewing . Absolute joke

After choosing a time slot they had provided for viewing , no confirmation email from their side even after the viewing date. I have mailed them back regarding this, no reply. Today morning they have called me back and when I was telling them all this..they literally hang up the call, which I think is not professional at all.
