I have 2 fully managed lets, but even so this company has to be closely supervised at all times. I've been hugely overcharged for repairs, and they tried to increase the percentage charge after I'd contracted with them only a few months earlier.
In September, one of my properties became available for re-let. I was assured the house would be marketed, and I waited for developments as it's an attractive family home in a nice area with a fair rent. Nothing happened, and the agent contacted me saying there'd been no interest and would I like to reduce the price? I checked all the main marketing websites, and guess what? It hadn't been advertised at all. I pointed this out and the agent corrected it. There were several offers made within just hours. Wouldn't you have thought the agent would think it odd and chase it up herself? The new tenants moved in, and new letting fees were correctly deducted by this firm. But when I checked the invoice, I found I'd also been charged for the cleaning fees which we'd agreed would come out of the previous tenants' deposit!
I've awarded an extra star for the speed and efficiency with which the cleaners were sent in over a weekend, after the delay caused by the marketing debacle.
I'm not saying a flat 'don't use this agency', but you must be prepared to keep a close eye on them.

Lovely team, quick to respond and take your care seriously when a fixture etc is needed. Easy to communicate and stress free processes

Dan Butcher was incredibly efficient and very professional in finding a tenant for our property. He was easy to work with and did everything he said he would, while being flexible enough to allow us to play our part in choosing our tenant.

Professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish - we’ve felt in good hands from our very first meeting with Brooke, right through to securing tenants for our property.

Had a viewing booked for 13:00 at a property. Traveled 2 hours to get there to view it and no estate agent was there to show us round. Waiting around 15 minutes before calling the office only to find out the property had already been taken and let to someone else. Had no cancellation email or text letting us know not to waste our time or fuel getting there. Very frustrating and to top it off no apology given.

Easy to get in contact with and get support if needed

I have had the pleasure of doing a number of jobs for accommodation and haven't had any issues. They have always been quick to reply. Very polite and thanks to Maz , Scott and Sean for prompt payments and regular updates... more than happy to carry out more work as and when im needed.. thank you
