There may be a few reasons a card may not arrive, and we're happy to look into it and see what we can do to help. In the meantime, please check the address details in the app and order a replacement card if needed.

1. Login to your Acorns Early account on the app
2. Tap âAccountâ at the bottom of your screen
3. Tap the âFamily Settingsâ option
4. Tap on âAddressâ and enter your parent PIN
Replace the card as lost or stolen:
1. Login to your Acorns Early account on the app
2. Tap âMoneyâ at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap on the relevant child shown at the top of your screen
4. Tap the âCardâ option
5. Tap the circled âNewâ button
6. Tap replace a lost card/replace a stolen card
If you would like to replace the card, we recommend that you replace the card as lost or stolen to ensure a new card is mailed out with the new card details. Please note that replacement cards are free of charge. However, if the card design is changed, a $5.00 fee applies to the replacement card.
Once the card has been replaced, you will be able to track the card in the app by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your Acorns Early account on the app

The app works well. The learning features are great. The card itself doesn't work most places my child wants to use it - Target, Amazon, local stores. Major drawback.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Do NOT get this for your kids!! They will charge out of their butts for a service that only benefits them. I was fine with the $8 payment but three times in one day they charged me $16. In total I was charged $48. And I was unable to cancel my account, I had to ask permission. I had to pull a stop payment through my bank even with proof. Still waiting for my money back.

my card did not arrive. and when someone reached out they told me to replace the card via the app but that comes with a fee. No thanks.
They reached out again stating to pick the lost or stolen option and it says that a 5 dollar fee will come out of my account yet again. They have not remedied this. I am at a point where I am going to go to a different company.

We requested several times over months for the account to be closed and the balance returned plus the monthly fees we accrued. We were advised via email that it would be taken care.
