Highly Recommend
Like most parents these days, we never seem to have cash on hand. This card is so convenient for last minute trips with friends/family for my daughter! It also teaches her the importance of saving and working!

Being Responsible
It gives me the privilege to be able to challenge my little one and to also realize how important it is to see them work for things instead of things being handed over to them. It also teaches them to appreciate what is being done and continue to do good at it. What a great way to train them to be responsible.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received a card. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it is a child's card.
There may be a few reasons a card may not arrive, and we're happy to look into it and see what we can do to help. Unfortunately, the email linked to this Trustpilot review is not linked to any accounts on our system. So that we can locate your account, please can you get in contact with us by calling us on (855) 739-2859. Lines are open 9 AM to 8 PM EST Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 5 PM EST on Weekends. You can also email our help centre from your registered email address at help@acornsearly.com, and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please check the address details in the app and order a replacement card if needed.
Check Address:
1. Login to your Acorns Early account on the app
2. Tap ‘Account’ at the bottom of your screen
3. Tap the ‘Family Settings’ option
4. Tap on ‘Address’ and enter your parent PIN
Replace the card as lost or stolen:
1. Login to your Acorns Early account on the app
2. Tap ‘Money’ at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap on the relevant child shown at the top of your screen
4. Tap the ‘Card’ option
5. Tap the circled ‘New’ button
6. Tap replace a lost card/replace a stolen card
If you would like to replace the card, we recommend that you replace the card as lost or stolen to ensure a new card is mailed out with the new card details. Please note that replacement cards are free of charge. However, if the card design is changed, a $5.00 fee applies to the replacement card.
Once the card has been replaced, you will be able to track the card in the app by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your Acorns Early account on the app
2. Tap ‘money’ along the bottom of the screen
3. Tap on ‘card’
