Delivery was so late it was a complete joke. Now, having returned the item for a refund, no communication or response at all after nearly 4 weeks. Avoid this company at all costs. I shall be taking legal action.

I wish I’d seen the reviews prior. AWFUL company

I wish I’d seen the reviews prior to ordering. Absolutely shocking customer service, given plenty of opportunities to make it right and communicate with me. Initially had responses but the order was massively delayed despite paying for next day delivery and the item showing as in stock on their website. It was not. I had to source blanks elsewhere and they still have my money.l and are saying to cancel (which I tried to do when it transpired they didn’t have the stock) would in fact cost me - who doesn’t matchup to their T&Cs as the product had not been dispatched by that point by their own admission. Frustrating and out of pocket taking up a lot of my time. Do not order from here.

Should've read the reviews

Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order, as sadly my experience has been very similar to others it seems. My order took weeks to be delivered, despite being for 3 standard (non-customised) items and paying £10 in postage. When the order eventually did turn up, one item was missing.
I have tried contacting activewear multiple times to arrange return of the two I did receive (no longer needed after the delay) and to get a refund for one the I never recieved.
All comms have been ignored, and now when trying to email the address on their website it is just saying failed to send.
I would avoid at all costs and not use this site!

Active Wear LTD? Poor Reviews Are Well Earned.

My first time ordering from this vendor. the next day I received an email: "Good news! Your order has been reviewed and released!" No updates after. Sent an email asking for tracking information/ETA delivery. Nothing. Contacted my bank. Refund is processed.
What a terrible way to conduct business! Never again. I should have come here first.

Absolutely shocking and robbing

Absolutely shocking. I pitches 9 items from this company. At first they seemed very helpful (when talking money ). Then after 3 weeks I was still missing an item I returned one for a larger size and asked the kissing item be refunded as I had to source elsewhere..
I was assured they had the required size I paid over £10.00 delivery. I was never sent the exchange and no refund for the missing item.
I am out of pocket around £35.
They have ruin the theme for my friends hen do and caused so much stress. It is not to late to source matching items elsewhwte.
They have now taken to ignoring my emails!!.
This has been going on since Feb 2026

An update on this unscrupulous bunch of scammers.
In addition to Trading Standards and the National Fraud Office I have now notified NatWest Bank in case any more decent customers are faced with an impasse when trying to recover monies; their own Fraud Division will "Red Flag" any of the Activewear Group transactions in such cases - they also work closely with Lloyd's Bank. Unfortunately, where a Credit Card has been used the customer is covered under Section 75 Consumer Right Act 2015 only if the transaction is more than £100. Let us hope that these crooks are soon forced out of business.

Stay well clear of this company.

Ordered 4 shirts, 2 weeks later, no item or tracking. The company has no contact number. I have emailed them 5 times, sent them messages on their Facebook page, and their online system ignores everything. Stay well clear. Had to claim my money back via Amex.

Ordered 4 weeks ago, No items, No response!

Ordered over 4 weeks ago, £160 order. Nothing. No communication to say it's delayed, contacted numerous times, no replies!
Have ordered twice previously a couple of years ago and there were no problems at all, hence why we used them again! Wouldn't mind the wait if they actually responded and explained why there is a delay. No response is a worry.
After reading the reviews, seems like it's a common theme, no items and no communication or responses.
Edit: 27/4/26 - Received Items. Pleased with the clothing. Just a shame it took so long to arrive. If they had emailed or responded explaining the situation, It wouldn't have been so bad.

Same experience as everyone else - DO NOT USE!!!

My experience is exactly the same as everyone else, simply the same old story. Place order, don't hear anything. Chase them up, still nothing. Chase again, get lies about stock issues. Cancel and get ignored. Send more emails, still get ignored. Still don't receive refund, have to go through bank.

This "company" is an absolute joke. A complete and utter disgrace. Do not order anything whatsoever from them. You'll go through exactly the same headache as everyone else. 47/48 reviews for Activewear were 1 star in March. At time of writing this, 26/26 are 1 star for April.....says it all.

On April 1st 2026 I paid for an order


On April 1st 2026 I paid for an order of two fleeces. Order # S373490. In spite of contacting them on three seperate occasions since then, for any updates, especially delivery updates, I haven't received a single reply. Their Customer service just doesn't exist. I live about two miles from their company headquarters so not exactly a delivery problem for them and more fool me I paid extra for a rapid delivery as the fleeces were to be a present.
I have obviously been scammed. How do I get a refund, I don't know but I won't give up until I get my money back from these con artists.

Purchased an item in February and still not received. Several emails sent to customer services; only one reply advising me they had a stock issue.

Subsequent emails sent and still no reply. I will now be raising a payment dispute with my bank.

Poor. Do not use this company.

iam totally disgusted with Active wear my wife purchased a tunic from yous on the 28/3/2026 for the sum of£17.99 &she has not Recived it yet the funds have been taken out of her account *her item has still not been delivered so iam telling everybody to avoid this company I have also left alot of messages for Emily jayne &she has still not replied to my telephone messages I gave you a 1star rating for this reason.

Waiting over two months for a product that never turned up. Contacted 'customer services' multiple times, mostly to be ignored. The item was marked as shipped when I complained, yet when I queried this was told they were still waiting for stock. Eventually had to submit a refund claim via PayPal and hopefully get my money back.

Utterly disgusted with this company!

Utterly disgusted with this company!! Placed an order in January, didn't receive any communication so I got in touch with them. I was told my items were out of stock, but not to worry they were back in stock with the supplier, and I should receive them soon. After much back and forth I was told last month they would refund me in 3-5 days. The refund never got issued and so far they have ignored my attempts to get on touch about this. Would avoid at all costs. Not to be trusted.
