Order process was easy, shipping was fast and I'm really enjoying the flavours and textures. First thing I tried was the porridge - my favourite is apple & cinnamon, I absolutely loved it! The bars surprised me at how filling they are - they are a meal replacement and not just a little snack! There are loads of options of shake flavours which is great, so I'm working my way through them and I do have soup to try - looking forward to the tomato and red pepper first.

These are fantastic products. The soups were full of flavour, and I loved the bars, especially the salted caramel.

Super quick delivery and these bars and shakes not only taste amazing but have made my life so much easier with my weightloss journey. They fill me up and I actually look forward to eating/drinking them which is a first for me. Looking forward to trying the soups next!!

By far the best tasting meal replacement range on the market. Fantastic flavors... doesn't feel like you are on a diet!

Nice packaging and easy to order

Easy to order and quick delivery. The product is packaged very nicely and is easy to use. 5 stars for addaywellness so far.
I have only given 4 stars overall however because I'm not sure about the product itself yet. The taste is not something I'd take by choice, but it's palatable. It did upset my stomach for the first week too. So far I haven't seen any positive improvements, however I've only been taking it for just over a week so I reserve judgement. That being said, for the price that the product costs, I will want to see obvious benefits!

It's been a horrible experience. I am known for excellent mental health and do not have anxiety. However a few hours after consuming this product and whilst driving that is exactly what happened. Out of nowhere I was having waves of anxiety with a tight throat, fuzzy head. I only pray I can get home and not have an accident. I was so traumatised by the whole experience even after it passed. I wasn't myself until the next day. I would never take ashwagandha again. The probiotic was fine and gave me a good bowel movement the next day.
