Faulty key
Unfortunately the new key provided for my VW Golf is faulty. The blade will not stay in the casing with the result that the key keeps falling off the keyring!

I was able to work on my laptop in comfortable conditions at the showroom while the car was being serviced. This was accompanied with a very welcome complimentary cup of tea and a snack.

Ordering a new car
Ordering a new car, after a telephone conversation & a test drive, by staff member, Dinah Rourke, was a seamless, stress free experience. Dinah knows her Audi's. She encouraged me to try an automatic & she was correct in all of her advice. The test drive I had with Dinah, sealed the deal. The admin was handled quickly & professionally. The new Audi A3 S Line, is a dream to drive. Dinah even took the time to set up my Audi App & Dashboard. I am delighted with my experience & also my new car. Thank you Dinah.
