Only if I could give a zero star would be good. There is no way a customer can contact you to know about the order or the return. I wish your return or exchange was a bit smooth. I’m haven’t even received a refund .

As a hijabi, it’s really hard to find modest scrubs that still meet good infection control standards. However, the Aspire collection scrubs from Airmed were amazing.

The top had an extended length that provided great coverage without making the fit look overly oversized. They were super comfortable, had lots of pockets (including zip pockets), and feel really durable. I’m so happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for modest yet practical scrubs.

Love the style. Fits well

I recently tried the Airmed scrubs and I’m honestly really impressed. The sizing fits perfectly—true to size without feeling tight or restrictive. What stood out the most is how comfortable they are throughout a long shift. The fabric doesn’t wrinkle easily, which keeps you looking neat without much effort, and it has great flexibility, making movement super easy during busy hours.

I also paired it with the inner shirt for my night shift, and it was a great choice. It kept me warm without overheating, and the sleeve length reaches around the elbows, which helps prevent it from getting wet while working. That small detail actually makes a big difference in a clinical setting.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Airmed scrubs to anyone looking for comfort, functionality, and a clean look all in one.

AIRMED scrubs are the BEST scrubs I’ve ever worn (and I have tried a few brands over the years!).

The cut, fit, breathability, durability are second to none.

I have several core colour sets, peach 🍑 top, cherries 🍒 set, daisy 🌼 set and now the dragon fruit set which I can’t wait to wear! A fan for life & have converted many colleagues along the way.

As always, quality product, comfortable fit, perfect choice of colours. I absolutely love wearing AIRMED SCRUBS. Totally a fashion statement. 🥰

The scrubs are descent, however the customer service is appalling! If anything goes wrong with your order do not expect any help from them. I was recommended this brand by the hospital I work for however, after this experience I will not be recommending it any further and I don’t think my hospital will either. For a brand that works basically exclusively with healthcare staff, they are very snarky and unhelpful. Would not recommend or order again quite frankly. Also the sizing is crazy small, I’m 5’10 and usually a M/L on the bottom, however, in this shop I’m an XL/2XL! And finally, the shipping is very misleading (1-3 day shipping is from dispatch not from date of order so it could honestly be a week or two)

Great quality scrub pants

The fit of the men’s scrub pants is awfully uncomfortable. Super tight around the thighs and the flared style looks supremely effeminate, I was mocked incessantly all day for wearing ‘women’s clothing’! The mocking I could live with, but working clinically in such uncomfortable clothing was awful! Sizing is definitely off, large pants and they didn’t even reach my ankles- unacceptable for someone 175cm tall!

Lack of communication. Always out of stock. Slow replies. Automatic replies are given instead of answering the customer query. Poor experience on two occasions

I love the scrub pants and the way they shaped me without being too boxy.

First thing, first, I love the quality and the design and the comfort the scrubs give, but on the flipside and it’s annoying that never get to have to buy the colours. I prefer even the core colours size I prefer are not available. I even tried subscribing to get notifications whenever the colour I prefer the size I prefer are restock, but I never got to receive any notifications.

Super fast shipping. Quality of scrub pants are so good, the fabric is stretchy enough to be able to crouch down at work and the waistband makes the pants so comfortable to wear!

I have every problem with this purchase. First, I should say that it cost me $79 to ship these back to Australia from the United States. What a rip off. I returned them because upon opening the package, a rancid smell of cheap black clothing dye filled the room. The smell lingered even after I put the package in my garage. I never even tried them on due to the stench. I sent the items back within the 14-day period required for a full refund and am still waiting for my money back. Should they not comply with their policy, I will definitely have my bank remove the charge anyway. Just a disgustingly cheap product and poor (but overly-expensive) return system. They look good over a screen, but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. For your own financial and mental peace.
