I love shopping from Airmed, the scrubs are not only stylish, but they are also comfortable and they are reasonably priced.

I was really disappointed with my experience purchasing from Airmed Scrubs. The sizing runs extremely small and is very inconsistent — I had to exchange for a larger size, which meant paying for return shipping myself, which was frustrating.

On top of that, when I finally received my scrub pants, the pockets were poorly made and not sewn together properly, making them impractical to use at work.

For the price, I expected much better quality control and more accurate sizing. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off purchasing from them again. The materials are cheap as well, which for some reason seems to be the norm for scrubs these days. Although, the fit is absolutely gorgeous, I look amazing.

Very poor post-purchase service. I missed a digital in my postal address and they washed their hands off saying they can't do anything. I didn't even ask for a refund or replacement yet that was exactly what their initial email stated. I had to chase this up with postal service and eventually, received it. For the amount spent, it's not worth it. Figs and Kmart scrubs are cheaper and same quality.

The stuff and the colour of the scrub is too good. There are a lot of pockets to put the important things while working. I didn’t believe when the got the parcel it’s too fast.

Absolutely unreal! Bought 2 sets and they arrived the next day, felt like wearing pyjamas to work! Had to go back and get 2 more (which also arrived the next day)… couldn’t recommend more!

My scrub pants were far too small, to the point that I couldn't put them on, despite having measured myself and ordered according to the size guide on the website. I had to exchange for a larger size and the fit was still off. They refused to cover return shipping costs even though their sizing guides are totally misleading. Would not recommend.

Terrible exchange policy . Poor communication when wanting to speak to a member of the team never heard back . Sizing isn’t consistent

These scrubs are buttery soft and so comfy! The delivery process was so smooth and they arrived super quickly. The only thing is i wish they were able to be tumble dried so i could quickly wash them between shifts. Otherwise i’m so happy with my purchase :)

Love the flared scrub pants. Had to size up from my normal size due to being pregnant and there only being jogger style maternity pants (which aren’t the best to wearing knee high compression socks).

The sizing seems to be very small. I order the same size everywhere I go. When my order arrived it was so small and disappointing regarding that issue. I have sent back my order for larger sizes which is a shame. I am desperate for my order as I am doing placement in a few days

I purchased my scrub pants after a recommendation from a friend. I bought the jogger pants and they are the most comfortable scrubs I have ever bought. I was really impressed with the true to size sizing and found it really easy just to measure myself and match with the sizing guide. I also found that the delivery time was exceptional. My first lot arrived within three days and the second lot within two days. I cannot fault the customer service.

Really really disappointed which I heard was a well known scrubs company but people who want to buy through them should be aware of there policies. I ordered a pair of scrubs which when received i realised that size was smaller than normal Australian sizes 12 and 14 medium or large. I paid postage 10 dollars to get them. As size was very tight for me I requested an exchange for a larger size top and pants and in that communication nobody informed me that we won’t refund after 2nd exchange. I thought large size would fit me okay but the fitting from arms was still tight whereas rest of the fitting was fine. The set costed me 100 dollars plus postage. When I received the 2nd time even then fitting wasn’t right. When I requested refund because their fitting is not working for me, I again paid postage 2nd time to return , the company sends me back a gift card to re use it. I requested refund only many times and the team responded so rudely and sent me the policy paper in return. And told me they gave me a refund in good faith. I didn’t understand if their scrubs didn’t fit me twice , when and where should I use that gift card. Because I don’t think I want to order from them again. And the only thing this company sells is scrubs. I think it’s an absolute rip off and unfair. It’s not about 100 dollars but it’s about fair dealing for every cent a customer spend. So I would say before you buy from this company be mindful of their return policies
