Nice materials, beautiful colours, but small sizing. NNT scrubs I’m usually M-L in women’s scrubs, after checking airmed size chart I bought XL in airmed scrub pants and probably should have gone the 2XL. The XL fits but are snug.

The quality of the pants is amazing, stretchy fabric and dries quick! Didn’t take long to arrive.

The worst customer service ever. They keep sending the Ai reply. The size is not correct. Very complicated process to return. It is not recommended

Love my scrubs- great choice of colours, comfy, and lots of pockets! The only thing is during sales you sometimes can't get matching pants and tops in your size. Love my matching scunchies though!

I am happy to support an Australian, Melbourne-based company! The scrubs are stylish and fit well, the fabric is excellent, just the right amount of stretch. My order came so quickly and it was right on Christmas too, I needed them in a hurry so I was very happy!

I have been wearing Airmed Scrubs for quite some time. I love them.

I was just disappointed that in this day and age you can have a certain colour for women but not for men! Not sure how that works in this society.
I am referring to the Mint colour Scrub tops. I was looking forward to wearing this colour.

The sizing has changed, I took a chance on the flares but even the Medium which is a size up is the same size as my current size Small in the Airmed joggers, and contrary to the reviews stating the flares were extra long, I ordered the petite length (I’m 165cm) but they only came to my ankles.
Maybe adding an update about the sizing would be helpful for future customers.
I got a full refund and purchased from another company I know has consistent sizing.

Do not buy from Airmed if you expect accurate sizing or reasonable customer service.

My wife ordered two sets of scrubs (tops and pants) based on their size chart. The sizing is shockingly inaccurate. She ordered an XL, which is usually loose on her with other major brands, and these were not just fitted, but tight. This is clearly a manufacturing or design failure on their end.

We returned the pants immediately (at our own cost for postage) but were refused a refund on the tops because they had embroidery. While I understand the policy on custom items, policies shouldn't apply when the product itself is fundamentally misrepresented. The sizing is completely off, making the product unusable.

When we raised this, Customer Support (Monique) simply hid behind the T&Cs and refused to acknowledge that their sizing guide is misleading. We are now out of pocket for a product that doesn't fit due to their error. Read the other 1-star reviews regarding sizing issues before you waste your money here.

Amazing range of colours and good quality fabric.

I recently purchased a men’s V-neck scrub top, which I decided to return after changing my mind, as I realised I still prefer a crew-neck style after seeing the product. The scrub was never worn. However, upon returning it, I was informed that there was damage to the item, which I believe was already present prior to the return and for which I was subsequently held responsible. I accepted the decision not to receive a refund.

What was particularly disappointing was that I was then charged an additional $10.95 for return postage, as AirMed chose to send the scrub back to me despite my clear communication that I did not want the item returned and did not consent to paying additional postage. I was content for the company to retain the item without issuing a refund.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, and it has made me reconsider purchasing from AirMed again in the future.

Great product. But terrible customer service.

Posted quickly. Fabric felt fantastic. However, being a girl with curves I ordered 4XL and it's the smallest 4XL I've ever worn. Most other stores I am either XL or 2XL, so for the largest size to be 4XL and still be tight/short with the tops was a bit disappointing
