Much better than the hostile Vienna airport. While Slovaks aren't known for friendly customer service, at least they're almost never openly hostile like the rude employees at the Vienna airport. I wil... もっと見る

Really disappointed with staff conduct. Is life really that difficult that they can't even smile? There and back. Unhelpful and looking utterly miserable. Seriously overpriced. If you want to grab... もっと見る

Money from my bag were stolen, airport employees can't be bothered
Some of the employees just opened my bag ripped the envelope I had there and stole the money from it - this happened second time, first time they only stole some coins I had in fore pocket - sure my mistake for doing leaving it there twice.. I contacted airport over phone and they referred me to livechat on their site on livechat they told me they can't help (why would you care you employ criminals, right?). I emailed director and never got any reply (that is not surprising as he is employed by state so why bear any responsibility if taxpayers cover your back and salary)
I respect there are many parties such as airlines involved, but it's a company's duty to make sure they don't employ thieves.
