Should have read the reviews before I dealt with these conmen. Paid for “Professional meet and greet” airport parking with the commitment to store my car in safe secure parking. My car tracked on my app showed it being moved around 2/3 times. Driven carelessly. Left parked on a busy road in Bradford for the majority of the time. Returned with scratches, cream leather marked with dirty handprints and carpets soiled. I didn’t want to leave the airport parking but the person delivering said it was nothing to do with them and that I should report to her manager who said it was nothing to do with him as they were agents who allocated parking to best price deal. Still awaiting a response from the company who took my car. Have been to the spot where car was supposed to be. Just a busy road outside a set of houses most of the time. Have also tracked car around area and seen lots of new cars parked in streets so suspect they are doing this to many customers. Realised I have been properly scammed and this company operates under several names and websites. Still waiting for a reply from them in response to my email. Avoid Airport Parking Global Services Ltd who took booking and “managed” the transfer of car. Avoid Leeds Airport Parking Services who were apparently looking after my car. Avoid Airport Parking Coventry whose bank account received money from my credit card. These people are scammers with multiple records of bankruptcy and failure and shocking service. Sadly they will just get away with it and start over and over. It’s possible our cars are not only being used in our absence but may be used for crime - who knows. My Lexus App has recorded all movements and I am on to them. Waiting for a refund and courtesy valet to return my car to original condition and repairs to paintwork if scratches don’t clear but before that acknowledgement from Leeds Airport Parking Services and a reply to my emails to them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We used the Leeds Airport Parking Services arm of this company. They used my car while I was away on holiday, ran up a bill of £54 at the airport and returned my car in a disgusting state. There was scratches on the bonnet of my car, a half eaten kebab on the back seat, cigarette ash all over the seats, the sills and the passenger footwell and they disconnected my dashcam to cover their tracks. They even had the cheek to drink an unopened can of pop I had left in my car! They are now not responding to any emails or calls. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Scammers! DON’T book with this company
I have been scammed! I parked at Southampton cruise terminal through valet parking and paid £114. I now have letters and demands from Parking Eye who want a fine for non-payment for allegedly parking all day on the day we arrived at the terminal. It would appear that valet parking left my car all day and only removed it later that night. Thus incurring the fine. I refuse to pay and can’t get in touch with valet parking or global. The Global guy insisted it’s their fault and assured me they would sort out the mess. I cannot contact Global, there is no address or head office or telephone contact. DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

This company is link to a number of other companies that offers parking services at airports and ports. These companies include car park booking agents, meet and great parking, Valet parking, etc companies. They are well know to trading standards and Police, they operate around Manchester airport and Southampton port but probably operate everywhere.

PLEASE PLEASE USE A KNOW COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BOOKING

Damaged my car at Southampton , no response to e mails sent to them, phone calls not answered . DO NOT USE. NOT WORTH ONE STAR

a disgrace..... I'm appalled by them, booked meet and greet, didn't show up i phoned them 34 times, no answer, left stranded with my daughter at the airport not a clue what to do, thank god for the kindness of the staff in the short stay parking. airport parking global you should be ashamed, fleecing, good honest trusting people .

****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** booked for Manchester airport, they cancelled 2 days prior, said i would get a refund within 7 working days, its not been 27, I've called the number, left voicemails, and emails, with no answer, this company needs reporting and shutting down

AVOID at all costs - absolutely pathetic service.. supposed to be meet and greet. on arrival on a rainy day, a lady in the car park working our of her car in the car park acknowledges receipt of the car. Upon our return, along with around 30 other passengers coming off the cruise - same lady bombarded afer more than 90 minutes wait and not cars to be seen. furious passengers, management not answering calls, no cars being delivered.. lies after lies. cars are parked in a sainsbury car park about 5 miles away but being brought to the port terminal car park on your return. £120.00 for meet and greet service valued at £30.00

Total scam company - avoid at all costs!! Booked for Dublin airport to ring them 20 mins from our arrival and no answer. Had to rebook into a long stay car park very last minute. No emails / no phone calls back from this company. Complete waste of money

AK Parking .The front end service was good the car was dropped off and at the right place on collection . just got stung for parking the car was parked in the car park from 5.55 am . If the guy who handed the keys had told me to pay from 5 am of if they had paid it then charged it on !!! maybe that would have worked but i dont think you can pay retropsectively

Arrived home from my cruise to a parking fine. We parked at Ocean terminal short stay and handed the keys over. I was assured my car would be moved within the next 10 mins. It remained in the car park for 3:45 mins. I have left a voice mail message and e mails and no reply. Judging by the other reviews, it’s clearly a scam company. I have disputed my fine, and now reporting to trading standards.

Used this company last minute for a cruise at Southampton, as everywhere else was booked.
Within a few days of arriving home, I had received a parking fine from Parking Eye saying the car had been left at Mayflower Quay until after 9pm. I contacted the mobile number and was told it would be dealt with. A month later, I received a reminder to say the fine was still outstanding. I got an email address for customer services at Airport Parking Services who told me the charge was now being sent for cancellation and I did not have to pay. Five weeks later, I have received another reminder from Parking Eye. I have obviously forwarded the emails from Airport Parking to Parking Eye and conformation of Booking but to no avail. It is really stressful and unacceptable. I am contacting the Travel Agent I use for all my cruising so they can make their customers aware, of this company.

These are complete Fraud. I booked for dublin airport. Number does not ring, have reported to the bank and Garda.

Same here booked cruise leaving Southampton and everywhere booked for parking. Paid £125 for meet and greet for a week, my son contacted me during the holiday to say £15 had been charged for parking 2.5miles from the dock. I wasn’t even sure if my car would be there when I got back as it left the charged car park mid holiday. The car was there but empty drinks can and chocolate wrapper in the drivers door, headlight switch left on and temperature controls messed with. Apparently (I was informed by another company in the short stay) the previous company closed down due to bad reviews and the police were involved. Obviously now under a different name. I was given an email to contact when I picked the keys up and told not to pay any parking fines (but the charges are already on my sons card) - hopefully they will respond and I am doubtful 😤 totally unacceptable service and disregard for customers vehicles

Oh dear, I have been scammed! I needed parking at Southampton last minute for a cruise, and all car parks were fully booked, when I saw their advert for a meet and greet service, and paid my £114. I had to chase them for instructions on what to do and where to go, and the email I received should have alerted me, very unprofessional. They did meet me, and were there when I returned, so I breathed a sigh of relief when it all seemed to work out! Scammed! I now have letters and demands from Parking Eye who want a fine for non-payment and are doubling the amount. The Global guy insists they have been paid but they have not. You cannot contact Global, there is no address or head office or telephone contact. A look at Companies House tells its own story of non existence and although a past director is named they stopped years ago. If you are lucky enough to be reading this BEFORE you book, then whatever you do, DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

Absolute cowboys, shocking customer service, car park is no where near the airport! Stay clear!

We have just started proceedings against this company to get our money back through our credit card .
14/6/23 booked for a meet and greet at Dover port , have done meet and greet many times at airports so I checked 2 or 3 times with both the contact number and the supposed driver to make sure I was totally reassured that it was all fine so went on to make the booking . On getting to Dover 18/6/23 and following the instructions we got no reply from the driver called the other number and was told someone would be there , no one came called the driver again who said we needed to go to the premier inn 🤷‍♀️ , followed then by denying that I had called them !!
Couldn’t understand their heavily accented speech and they started to say they could not understand me !
TOTALLY SCAM COMPANY will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities

Absolute disgrace , cancelled my parking this morning . Unforseen circumstances, nobody on the end of the phone 03333 034452 .Leave a message .Website not reachable . All other parking now £160 upwards , why are they allowed to operate and ruin peoples holiday plans .

I booked 2 cars to be parked for 7 Days at Manchester Airport just be cancelled last minute with little to no explanation!

The customer service rep I spoke with on 0333 303 452 was about as helpful as the speaking to a wall.

I am expecting a refund now, but let's see when this arrives!

AVOID- Our issues started trying to change the date and of a booking. Zero customer service, no call backs, no emails responded to and to top it off surprise surprise we cannot get a refund
