I have just received a letter from Avon and Somerset constabulary
As part of a police operation your vehicle was parked on tbd site which at the time of the police arrival the site was unmanned without secure fencing
In the parking area was a plastic shed, which was insecure with all tbd keys for the vehicles in plastic draws
Some of tbd cars had keys left out on the windscreen of tbd cars
As part of the issue I urge you to report to trading standards
Avoid st all costs
We also had to wait 45 mins with 30 non answered calls at 3am to collect the car !!!!

When I received my email confirmation booking I was advised to take my car to there yard where the car will be kept and I will then be transferred from there address queensmead bristol, to the bristol airport.
This was not the case when I rang to say they said that I was supposed to leave my car with them at the short stay car park at the airport which cost me an extra £15.

On return I rang them to say I've arrived he was really rude on the phone! Saying I must give them more notice even though I was within the 25 mins of that they requested. When I received my car it was full of rubbish! It stunk and I'm sure they were using my car for personal use! This is unacceptable I won't be using these again please avoid at all costs!

On returning my car @Bristol airport, my phone charger was missing/stolen. The net pockets on rear of passenger seat was severely torn/damaged, when I reported to them they were dismissive and did not care, no investigation and they stopped replying.
I have reported to police.
They trade on their website titled 'Meet and Greet Bristol Airport Parking Services' @ Queensmead Farm, Winscombe.
I've since seen other reviews on other sites and it seems they use the cars, take petrol, steal belongings and cause internal damage/leave car filthy. Others have reported to police/watchdog/etc. Please do the same so these dishonest fraudulent people can be exposed!
I just wish I checked reviews first. Avoid at all costs.

I only got a red flag when the booking confirmation arrived. There is an excellent Facebook group called “manchesterairportparkingnightmares” who cover all the airports this individual works from. Read through the posts and comments to find out how to get your money back.

I was double charged on my card and the amount of squirming they will do to hope you go away is entertaining. I cancelled my booking and got ALL my money back from them (except £10 admin fee and £1.99 booking fee as per T&C). This cost was well worth it for the fun of scam baiting.

Do yourself a favour and rebook an official “on airport carpark”. It’s a small additional price to pay to ensure you make your flight and to get your car back in one piece at the end of your trip.

45 minutes to bring my car back to me, said they couldn’t get hold of the driver. My car was finally returned after threatening to report to stolen to the police. The car was COVERED in mud inside and out. Clearly dumped in a field over night while I was away. Disgusting!

Absolute scammers, this was my 2nd attempt at using this company they just want your money & as soon as you pay - all sense of customer service goes out the window, phone numbers, emails & texts ignored - it's a shame & I will contact the third party who advised to use this company - what a joke! I actually cancelled due to realising it was advertised wrong as "Park & Ride" & showed this company which we used just in January of this year & the experience of trying to retrieve my partners van back after hours of waiting was absolutely disgraceful. Avoid if you can.

DO NOT use this company, i booked at meet and greet at Heathrow airport for the 12th February 2023, i tried calling the number 30 minutes before i arrived at the airport, i still kept trying when i arrived, i ended up booking the parking with another company within the airport, i have since tried calling them on 2 different numbers but still no answer, i have looked at companies house to see if he is still trading which he is, his name is Sultan Khan and he lives in old trafford Manchester, his details can be found if you Google Airport Parking Services Global Ltd, look at companies house

As all the other reviews this company is a scam. Phoned number given several times before I arrived at T2 Manchester but only got the answer machine. No one there to collect the car when I arrived. Frantically tried to get some parking. Luckily a friend said they would collect the car for me. They came as soon as they could but I still had to pay £58 for a days parking! Again booked through a third party so did not see the rating

An absolutely appalling service,I arrived back from my very long day of flying,then immediately called the number in the email I was sent to ring,after trying countless times there was no answer so I was stuck outside with all my luggage and my poor mum to,eventually I did get through and was told I would have to pay for a taxi to a car park well away from Manchester airport so arrived at what was a vey muddy field where there were loads of other cars and my car was filthy,was met by this really unprofessional guy who told me I would get my out of pocket taxi fare refunded but because it was booked through Styal parking ltd there is no phone number or correspondence address,luckily there was no damage to my car so I was lucky,so in all a horrendous experience avoid this scam of a company and always book through the official Manchester airport website and not a third party !!!!!!!

This company at Manchester Airport is a shambles. Late collecting the car with phone numbers going to message. On return, after several calls, we were told to get a taxi and had to go to a muddy field to collect. Cars were filthy and had been driven by them - mileage and muddy bootprints in the front and back. Were told taxi would be refunded but email given does not work. Do not touch with a barge pole.

absolutely scam returned at Manchester Airport to be told that my car could not be returned and u would have to collect it myself got it from a muddy field around 3 miles away then when you try and ring no answer or the phone is put down on you stay well clear

Arrived at the airport to be told we could not be picked up. Should have received a cancellation email which we had not. Had to pay 250 to stay on the double tree hotel car park. Noo e answers the phone sono help available. We booked through skypark which is part of this company. Do not use....

one star is tooooooo much for them. the worst service in the world. after flight back they didnt know how open my car so they decide drop me to my car in....Bradford.10 miles away from airport and i have to drive back to home another 15miles, rubish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quite a turbulent flight home with a scary landing….. landing at 06.40 we then fly through immigration and then wait just over 1/2 hour for luggage, whilst
collecting said luggage calling our car company to meet us with truck for them not to answer. 2 hours later, still no answer, and another hour goes by
and still no answer and his mail box is full... 2 other customers are in same position. We decided to get a cab home so walked to the taxi rank, fight to
get a fare as nobody wanted to bring us home.. literally as we start to pull off, we get a call to say car will be with us. So stop taxi and pay him a £10 for
his trouble of moving 6 inches. Go back to the car park to wait again.…. it's now 11.30 and we throw the towel in and finally pay £125 for taxi home. We get a phone call from one of the guys we stated talking to and his car was stolen and used for joyriding and was in a police pound which is why he couldn't get his car. At 5.30 this evening we get a call to say our car is in
chertsey and they would deliver it... I said no as we could be ransacked within a few day so agreed to meet in a dodgy car park near Heathrow. Truck in our hands at last, 23 miles have been put on it and an employee deleted our phone and added theirs instead, so we believe our truck was used for dropping off and collecting others. Most of the warning lights are now on and it doesn’t drive properly.

Do not use this company or the so called parking providers it is associated with. Universal terminal Ltd or White Lines. They are a total scam. I booked them through the email Holiday Extras.com. Our car was basically stolen, driven around London while we were away. When we returned the phone numbers provided by them went to voicemail and if you did get through to Airport Parking they would only give you the same numbers for Universal Terminal and just hang up. Or call you back on an unknown/withheld phone number making some false promise that does not materialise. After many hours trying we had to get the train home. Car was reported stolen then eventually found by the police two days later with damage to the wheels, missing key and an empty fuel tank. Also a bunch of parking and speeding tickets to sort! This episode will cost me £2000!! DO NOT USE anything other than the official Heathrow meet and greet service. If you have this problem report it to the police straight away, they were awesome throughout and without them I’d still be without a car!

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave zero or negative stars for this company.
They were a no show on our booking at 4:00 am on 22 December at Heathrow, ultimately leaving me over two hundred pounds out of pocket, on top of what I had already paid.
We booked via a 3rd party so were unware of this "company's" reputation. Stay WELL AWAY.

This company is an absolute scam!! When they greeted us, some guy took the keys and left. No paperwork - nothing. When we went to collect the car, called a thousand times and nobody picked up. They had the audacity to say they have 'misplaced my car' and 'maybe it has been parked in these 3 locations, a hotel, supermarket, industrial estate'.

It's complete lies! They left my family and grandchild stranded at 11pm in the evening.
Save yourself the trouble, the theft and worry and book a reputatable company or get public transport.

-10 stars - stolen my car and left me and children stranded and at least 59 other cars stolen in 1 day and increasing as informed by the police - THIEFS - DO NOT USE

ONE STAR IS NOT EVEN ADEQUATE TO DESCRIBE THIS MEET AND GREET SERVICE - IT SHOULD BE A MINUS 5!

I had delivered my car to be picked up by this meet and greet service on the 21st of December in perfect condition. There were no issues with my vehicle and we drove all the way from Romford to Heathrow T5. Car was handed over, no issues.

Upon landing into terminal 5 earlier than expected but made the attendant aware of this with a series of calls starting from 3:20pm on 28.12.22 and was told that there was no issue and we should expect the car for 4pm, we had been waiting for an hour with non stop calls to the attendant and at 4:30pm was told there was a flat tyre which needed air and the car would be with us by 5pm. I have been tracking my car and i could clearly see there has been no movement of the from where the vehicle was parked until 5:20pm which indicates the car was never going to be delivered at the correct time. It is now 5:45pm I am with my two children, both below two years for the past 2 hours have been waiting in the cold and have also been told that this tyre is likely needed to be replaced when it was given in perfect condition to the company.

I have paid for a service and it has been apalling and inadequate, this has caused severe stress on my family and I believe my car was not taken in the good condition I have paid for and thus, has come back with damages.

If the people responsible see this review, I demand a full refund and reimbursement of any damages incurred to my car.

Phoned 24 times, their inbox was full so they couldn’t receive any more calls, on last attempt the phone number was no longer available. Luckily we found very helpful staff at meet and greet in short stay car park who were able to assist. Had to pay more charges but staff were brill.
