Texaco Petrol Station レビュー

Fuel pumps are giving half the fuel. Check your petrol gauge!
You barely press the nozzle, 3-4 seconds and it’s £25 ?
Staff have no manners, uneducated in people skills and 200% unhelpful.
This texaco petrol station on edge lane next to B&M needs investigation!
If McDonald’s opposite served unleaded, I reckon it would still be cheaper than this s—t h—e of a business!!!

Texaco Orbital Cannock charged me £200 for £100 worth of fuel. Only just noticed my bank statement now I have to go back there. This is the same petrol station that charges more than the displayed prices for confectionary so be very careful here,

Warning to others do not purchase any Vapes from this garage skewen SA10 6RY. I purchased a vape not a cheap one either way if there is a fault with the product I didnt expect a refund but an exchange for another because faults with vapes are common. Ive experienced this multiple time with no issues aswell as I work for Tesco. I was refused a refund and an exchange so I am out of pocket. So warning other plus way over priced for fuel and a dirty store.

USELESS COMPANY WITH APP DOESN'T WORK AT ALL AND POINT FOR A FUEL ARE PATHETIC... SAME LIKE FUEL PRICES.

Has anyone any idea as to why, at the Egham Texaco petrol station, I was able to put more than 30 litres of petrol into a 30 litre petrol tank that was not empty?

I visited Texaco petrol station in willenhall( A1 service). Bought fuel welath £88, but was charged exra £20.01. I asked for a refund and they refused. Staff was very rude, refused to check, camera, refused to give me the manager's contact details to make complaint. The two staff sounded like being their habbit , hope someone will confirm being duped same manner.

I visited the Texaco petrol station in Rock, Cornwall, as I was going to buy some water. I also wanted to ask which side of the road I needed to wait for a bus back to Polzeath. I had been walking all day on the coastal path since 8 am and it was 3.30pm Mark, the assistant, shouted at me and told me that they were there to sell petrol, that I should ring the bus company if I needed to know bus times and he was sick of people asking. I was very taken back and have never been spoken to so aggressively in my life by anyone in a shop before. I left without buying the water and felt quite tearful.
To add insult to injury, Mark then told me that yes, I needed to cross the road.
I nearly missed the bus as I did not need to cross the road.

Fortunately the lovely Lady driver on the 96 bus waited and was so kind and helpful on this journey. I hope Mark can reflect on his appalling behaviour to a 66 year old woman and learn that manners and words cost nothing and that this was not quite what anyone expects in Rock.

TEXACO BAKEWELL DERBYSHIRE

As one driver out of 6 for our company we use this garage quite a bit due to our fuel card. However if I can fill up elsewhere I would do so. There are numerous members of staff here and the majority are lovely but one man is the most obnoxious, pedantic, ignorant and rude person I ever met.
We fill up at the lorry pump and he knows that but he always makes you say the number, I ask how he is and snaps back “you have no right to question me”. After using the pen to sign I place it by the card swiping machine only for him to pick it up and throw it onto the drop down shelf thing. I ask politely for a receipt and he throws it at me. I then say it wouldn’t hurt to smile or be civil to your customers but he just retorted in his own language with a face like thunder.
As a person in a customer facing environment I’d suggest Texaco either retrain him, get him some counselling or dismiss him. If I could avoid that rude arrogant and in my opinion waste of my time I’m going to.
Most of the time I drive past on my way to work and if I see him I know to avoid it. Minus 5 -***** if I could

In Huddersfield, my local Texaco petrol station always has the most competitive ( ie lowest) petrol price. The staff are friendly and patient to show how to collect points on the loyalty card too

Kenilworth. Been going there for years, but not again. Server didn't even look up or speak, just continued his conversation on his phone and pointed at the total. So rude!

So I buy flavoured water every day between £1.60-£1.80 since the heat wave all water has gone up £1 to £2.80 . This is so wrong

Needed to purchase engine oil, Castrol Edge 0w 30, found on shelf, and was told its £29.99 per litre!!!!! normally this between £10 and £15 per litre. I have recently purchased FOUR lite container for £40.79 to keep in. Had to purchase as level showing low and light on. Otherwise I would have waited till I got home. P.S. this price was in two separate Texaco Service station

I’ve been a regular customer at this Texaco- Leaway station at Meadway for several years without issue.

On a recent visit, I observed another customer refuel and pay afterwards as usual. However, when I went to use the pump, I was immediately told to “pay first” and was closely monitored.

When I questioned the inconsistency in treatment, I did not receive a clear or welcoming explanation. It left me feeling uncomfortable and singled out.

I have raised a formal complaint directly with Texaco and the matter is now under review. I hope it is investigated properly and that customer service is applied consistently for everyone.

New Greggs in-store at garage on A435 near Wythall. Had sausage and bean bake. Stone cold at 10am. Apparently do not keep any food hot.
Will not bother again - If I want a bake I want it warm. Won't be bothering again

I recently asked the Texaco station in Whaddon way Bletchley Milton Keynes for a rewards card but they said I have to use the app instead as they do not supply cards.
I rang Texaco customer services and asked if this was the case and they said no and that the garage should have cards to give to customers.
So I went back and they did not want to know.
I have an old phone which is not very good which is why I wanted a card.
Its their loss as I do 200 miles a week and will not be going to Texaco in future for anything.
It works for me as Texaco is American and I will not give any American company a penny due to that moron in the whitehouse

Went to fill my car up put 50 pounds in in runcorn .little guy woudernt let me pay 30 on one card 20 on another.we had a few heated words as leaving the shop haw hard is it to take 30 pound of one card and 20 of another ?????????????????(((( dose it work th same when you try to put the right amount in and go's over EVRY TIME BY 1 PENCE JOKE ill go the asda

I went to this text garage early this morning about 5:00 a.m. on the way to work I put £60 in fuel and I bought 22 pounds of things in the shop however I was paying cash and I was eight pence short with cash the man who was serving was very rude hardly spoke didn't smile didn't say please or thank you and I was eight piece short on the total everything and he would not let me off eight pence so I had to even use my credit card to make a purchase of eight pence not happy or not to recommend will not go there again staff very rude services appalling prices extortionate

Texaco garage Frinton fuel costs appalling charging 169.99 per litre. Talk about ripping the public off. My local garage, not anymore. I’ll never use them again. 3 miles away it was 157.99

Texaco, Mill Street, ABERYSTWYTH - 07/03/2026

Blatant Profiteering

£1.599 / litre for diesel !!!!

The crude oil price that is increasing on the Markets is still in the Gulf !!!!

No way have Thomas & Sons paid the increased price for the fuel in their storage tanks.

They should be prosecuted for robbery !!!!

Tried to fill my can for a petrol mover and was refused as they were short of petrol? Thought that’s what they sold
