!!! ATTENTION AUX FAUX AVIS POSITIFS !!!!!

Lasst einfach die Finger davon. Ich habe den Föhn als Geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt und es kam nicht rechtzeitig an. Ich habe dann die Annahme verweigert und es bei DPD direkt zurück schicken lassen. Ich bekomme keine Information ob das Paket schon beim Versender angekommen ist oder nicht. In den Mails steht immer der selbe Text.
Unter Support verstehe ich etwas anderes. Ich warte nun weiter ab was passiert weil in jedem 2. Mail steht dass ich meine Adresse bekannt geben soll damit sie das Paket erneut verschicken können 😅
Ich gebe nicht auf bis sie die Zahlung bei Klarna stornieren.

Malgré certains avis pas très rassurants, j ai quand même commandé et j ai bien reçu mon sèche-cheveux (avec un délai très correct).A savoir que j ai toujours eu une réponse rapide à chacun de mes mails (certes, en anglais mais une réponse quand même)
Le sèche-cheveux fonctionne très bien.

False marketing with a fake "sale ends" countdown clock. Also have made fake review websites which puts their product as number one.
I have tried to return this product, unopened and still in the original shipping packaging from them. After one month of many delaying tactics from their support email team I eventually was given a return address in China. I have paid £30 for sending it back to China, as well as £20 for customs clearance, only for them to refuse delivery by UPS. They have now stopped replying to my emails and I feel I never get a refund now for this product.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich gar keinen Stern abgeben..... unfassbar. Meine Eltern haben den Föhn hier bestellt und sich auf die positive Bewertung verlassen. Jetzt haben sie einen Föhn, den sie nicht bedienen können, weil dir Knöpfe viel zu klein sind für Hände mit Arthrose. Rücksendung nur auf eigene Kosten von 49€ und dann ist es fraglich ob man sein Geld zurück erhält. Liegt schon beim Anwalt

Feel like I have been ripped off. Hairdryer is not worth the £179. Looks cheap and has no power to it. Having an awful time trying to get a refund. They are doing everything they can to make me keep it. Threatening me with £35 return delivery fee, offering me 5% refund etc…
Do not buy this hairdryer and beware of this company!!!

Avec lecture des avis je n'étais pas rassuré. Le produit est arrivé. Une semaine d'utilisation et entièrement satisfait. Vaut largement un produit similaire de marque D.... très connue mais à moitié prix. En somme rassuré et satisfait ++

Auf AliExpress den selben Föhn mit gleichen Bildern kostet nur 77€. Airtecho kassiert 200€. So ein Betrug!! Die Ware kommt aus China. Finger weg! Die positiven Bewertungen hier sind von der Firma selbst.

BEWARE!!!!! panicked after ordering this product when I read the reviews and tried to cancel. I was advised the order was already being processed. It arrived to my surprise four weeks later and seemed great. I’ve been using it each day since Christmas Day on a medium heat and speed setting. This morning I switched it on and it started blowing very fast and hot and wouldn’t turn down. It then sparked and switched off. I tried to switch it back in and it blew the fuse in the plug sockets!!!!! I will try and contact Airtecho for a refund, but after reading previous reviews I’m not very confident.

Ordered this dryer on Boxing Day then panicked when I saw the poor reviews. I was preparing myself for a long wait for a poor product but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived yesterday. Dried my hair this morning and was really impressed. Just as good as my Dyson airwrap dryer. Can’t comment on it’s durability yet!

Jag ångrade mitt köp strax efter beställningen. Försökte avbeställa då, men det gick inte pga att leveransen redan var på väg. När den till slut kom skrev jag till dem om adress för returen, vilket inte besvarades, istället ville de veta vad som var fel med en och ville ha en video med beskrivning av felet.
Eftersom det inte var ett tekniskt problem så fick jag inte returnera. Ytterligare några mail senare så är det tvärstopp.

Företaget är stationerat i Kina enl. adresser på paketet. Tyvärr syns ingen hel adress.

Det här är inget seriöst företag! Att de uppger sig vara SE-baserade är bara bluff, tyvärr.

I ordered on 23 December and the dryer arrived on 2nd Jan from a company based in the Uk. The hairdryer has UK instructions, was beautifully packaged and works like a dream. I tried to cancel the order after stumbling across these reviews and am so glad I didn’t. Really pleased with the service and the hairdryer.

Imposing to be UK based while it's based in China. Once trying to return the item they keep on offering discounts just to keep the money. It's a cheap hairdryer, can be bought on common websites with Chinese goods for £40-50. Do not buy! It's a scam.

Et après 3 semaines le produit est arrivé
Le packaging est bon et l’appareil de qualité
Soyez juste patient

Late delivery then the product was faulty after 5 months.They requested a video of the hairdryer working (or not!) which I did.Company wanted 50. US dollars to send it to the factory to be checked
Don’t waste your money-it wasn’t cheap!

Ich war etwas nervös, dass das Produkt nicht ankommen würde, nach all den negative Bewertungen, die ich hier gelesen habe. Es hat auch etwas länger gedauert, als erhofft, aber das Produkt ist super. Sehr leise, schönes Gehäuse und hält allgemeine, was es verspricht.
Kleiner Hinweis noch: die Rückverfolgung über den Link in der E-Mail scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Das Produkt hat ca. zwei Wochen für die Lieferung gebraucht.

As all the other negative reviews -- do not buy from this web site -- Lets you think you are buying UK -- But comes direct from China -- took over three weeks -- after ordering i see the reviews on here - then straight away tried to cancel was told it had been shipped - etc
When received it is NOT a £179 Product --- Chinese writing around the function buttons have tried to contact them to return - but got the usual - as others transport costs - import taxes into china etc -- cost nearly as much as the product
They have offered me a £5 refund to keep the product
I have raised a dispute with my card company

Should of bought the Dyson -- but hindsight as they say

DO NOT buy from this company - they will not provide a return address and keep saying it will cost me too much to return despite the website stating that they accept returns!

Scam! Realised pretty quickly this was a scam and got my bank to transfer money back!

Basically did exactly what they did to others asked for a refund and they said they had already sent it (which they clearly hadnt)

Isn't it funny they can send me an email every single day begging me to contact the bank and cancel the recharge so they can get the money (for a product I haven't even received) but can't send anyone else their address for a refund!

They're bordering on harassment now!

I would like to return product but this company won’t give me their address. No paperwork or invoice came with product. Can anyone help me
