I’ll be honest, I panicked when I read the reviews after I ordered this hair dryer… although delivery took much longer than stated, the dryer arrived and was well packaged. I think the quality is good considering the price. While it is true that it is manufactured in China, this shouldn’t deter people because many of our products are manufactured there… the dryer works well, it comes with different magnetic attachments and these all work well, the temperature control is good and dries my hair very quickly with no static… my only complaint is that the power lead is on the short side compared to other dryers I’ve used. This is easily fixed with an extension lead. I think for the price, if you cannot afford one of the higher end dryers, this is a good deal and I’m pretty happy with it. Time will tell how long it lasts but I’m impressed so far after a month of use.

Was worried this was gonna be a wasted purchase but just received it as a Christmas gift and works well, looks stylish, basically as advertised. The instruction booklet is all in English. Who cares about the Chinese writing under the English writing on the buttons.

Obviously can't comment on whether it will last but glad to pay half the price of a dyson for exactly all the same functions and attachments. I would defo recommend purchasing.

This company is a scams don't touch it..
I ordered Air dryer and wanted to cancel in 30 minutes.. send am email and there is no help at all.. just emailed me back the day after that it's not possible.. EVEN IT SAYS ON THERE WEBSITE THAT THERE IS POSSIBILITY TO CANCEL.. BEFORE THE SHIPMENT. Of course shipment was not done is still not already 4 days after..
Costumer services is disaster.. Keep you sending same ready-made emails with no sense..Don't do same mistakes

Die Tatsache, dass das Produkt direkt aus China kommt, macht es unmöglich zurückzusenden. Haare trocknen kann man aber nicht frisieren. Das Gebläse ist viel zu stark. Ich habe versucht, es zurückzusenden, aber die Kosten nach China zu schicken sind zu hoch. Die Firma hat keine deutsche Vertretung und direkt mit China zu verhandeln ist es kompliziert. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Oplichters ten top! Een ster is nog teveel! Bestel niks op deze website. Ze doen zich voor al een Nederlands bedrijf, maar dat zijn ze niet! Retourneren is ramp ben al bijna meer dan twee maanden hiermee bezig, maar ze weigeren deze te geven. Adres is ergens in China.
Klarna doet hier verder niks mee.

I dont know what to think about this hair dryer only because of how shady the whole thing is. I found it through an article that made a top list of hairdryers 2023 and I impulsively bought it. They claim 3 days delivery, but I only received a order comfirmation email after 3 days and nothing else until a week later when I found the hair dryer in my mail box. I read the reviews after the purchase and I was so scared I was scammed.
I have never tried the dyson model so I cannot compare it, but I am really impressed by the results. It dries my hair in like 5 minutes and the attachment for the Coanda effect straightens my hair and makes it smooth and shiny. It doesnt feel cheap and it works smooth. I give it 3 stars for the shadyness of the situation, but the hair dryer is great, I dont regret the purchase.

Oplichters! Klarma werkt daar aan mee! Je krijgt een waardeloze föhn toegezonden die nog geen tien euro kost. Retour zenden is vrijwel onmogelijk. Geld foetsie! Nooit iets bestelen.

Nog steeds de föhn niet terug, proberen korting te geven doen heel moeilijk. Rekenen nu 15% weigering.
En Duane kosten, belasting en alles wat je er bij kunt verzinnen.
Ik heb nu wel het officiële adres als je hem terug wil sturen.
Echt waardeloos, Klarna zet ze in het gelijk, het retourbeleid zit heel vernuftig in
elkaar

I ordered this as I saw it online and thought it sounded great - prior to reading reviews. After reading them I thought I’d been scammed as most of them are very negative.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received mine today. The buttons are in both Chinese and English. It is packed well and there is an instruction manual. The gadgets connect magnetically to the main hair dryer. The colour (blue) is lovely. The misleading bit is in thinking the company is UK based when it’s in China but many goods are made in China so I don’t see that as being a problem although this does affect the delivery time and they should be clearer on that before you place an order.

I hope the product lasts and obviously I can’t comment on that at this stage but I’m very happy with what I’ve received.

I got their hairdryer for 179 gbp, it broke after 4 months. After multiple communication with Airtecho team, not only they were going round and round with answer, no solution was provided.

Considering that I've only had hairdryer for 4 months and it simply stopped working, I was expecting refund or replacement. None of those options were provided. They offered to send my hairdryer to China for fix and I would need to pay for fixing and shipping or, I buy a new product and they will deposit 50 usd for me... seriously!!!

When asked to discuss matters with manager, request simply got ignored.

Considering UK consumer rights provide protection for 6 months of product quality, this company has breached the contract but they were not willing nor they cared about making it right.

Please be vigilant, there is only 3 months warranty they provide for this high class hairdryer... if it is so high class, why such short warranty.

Mine broke after 4 months and very limited use. About 2x a week.... this product isn't worth your hard earned money. You must be prepared to loose the money should item brake after 3 months...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…. Scam!!!!!the product is from China the customer service is awful…
Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them!

I paid £179 for the hairdryer… poor quality… it takes ages to blow dry my hair
It took weeks to get delivered even though I chose express delivery.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! Absolute scam I cannot tell you the stress it as caused me…the product is from China the customer service is shocking…nearly £32 to send back and then wanting more money for duty free! Like most people I have been rippped off! This company needs stopping.

Received my Airtecho hair drier today, I placed order on 29th November 23 and actually had completely forgotten! Came well packaged with bubble wrap and a nice sturdy box. I ordered the grey one. The stylers are great as they are magnetic. It’s fairly quiet and light weight as I have a problem with my right arm lifting above shoulder height so this seems perfect.

I used my hairdryer for the first time today..I have to say that so far I am very impressed with it. I have long hair and it was dry and styled in no time at all. It's light and doesn't make my arm ache and I love it that the attachments are magnetic..I'm glad I took a chance and bought it even though I'd not heard of the make..it was very well packaged too.

NOT A UK COMPANY DESPITE THEIR NAME, THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND ARE STALLING TO WILL REFUND ME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolut unseriös. Nach Bestellung umgehend als versendet gemeldet...danach nichts mehr. Auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Erst als ich per Email stornieren wollte kam eine Antwort, dass nicht gehen würde, weil schon unterwegs. Irgendwann tat sich was in der Sendungsverfolgung. Dort habe ich dann bei Zustelloption einfach "Annahne verweigern" gewählt. Laut Verfolgung beim ursprünglichen Versender zugestellt. Bei Klarna gleichzeitig Rücksendung angegeben. Jetzt warte ich ab was passiert. Bezahlt habe ich ja zum Glück noch nichts.

Airtecho hat die Klarna Rechnung reduziert. Ich soll knapp 30,- € Stornokosten bezahlen. Einfach nur dreist.
