Wet install was not carried out
Wet install was not carried out - fridge left in garage as delivery driver refused to take into kitchen. Got my brother in law round and we had it in position in five minutes. However rebuilding and plumbing in myself took ages as was unfamiliar with process. Hence why I paid for the wet install. Guess the delivery guys just could not be bothered. Got a refund on the installation but just disappointed.

The delivery was over 2 hours late but the drivers are a credit to the company.
The delivery was over 2 hours late. We were kept up to date but the tracking function in the link didn't work properly for most of the delivery day. The delivery drivers were really friendly and hard working, a credit to the company. It was clear the company gave the drivers to many deliveries 20 in one day and we were drop off 19 according to the delivery updates. Plus the delivery depo is a couple of hours from our house that the drivers had set off from and had to return to at the end of the day.

We understand how frustrating it must have been for the delivery to arrive more than two hours later than the estimated delivery window. While our delivery timeslots are estimated rather than guaranteed and can be affected by circumstances encountered throughout the delivery route, we appreciate the inconvenience this caused.
We're also sorry to hear that the tracking function did not work as expected throughout much of the day. We understand how important accurate tracking updates are when waiting for a delivery.

Pleasant and courteous delivery drivers
Delivery drivers were courteous and arrived on the day they said. There would have have been 5 stars if there hadn't been so many text messages changing the actual time of delivery, however, I don't know what the driving conditions were like or if traffic was bad etc so may not be their fault.

Can't organise a basic collection
They keep messaging me that they are collecting items today despite the fact they've been told I am unavailable as I have my support workers today as I am disabled. I have given them three dates I am available yet they booked a day I am unavailable. They need to collect the dining table, chairs and half the bookcase (they lost the other half along with a sideboard that never arrived) yet they've only booked to collect the bookcase and dining table. This is the third time they've booked to collect on a date when I have told them I am unavailable and they claim the items can't all be collected at once- they were all delivered at the same time so am sure you can.
