Had two large bed frames delivered by AIT at the time of writing this review. The delivery was to the ground floor entrance-hallway of my house. It was two separate orders, so two deliveries. Both times it was quick, polite, efficient and convenient.
They send an email the day before where you can point to a square on What3Words to help the delivery team which I thought was cool.

I was kept updated throughout my delivery and could even see in real time where my delivery was. 2 very cheerful, friendly, helpful guys arrived, asked me where I wanted my sofas put and proceeded to unbox carefully and really thoughtfully place my sofas in my home. The delivery was over a week late and when it did finally arrive the sofa had a tear on the arm and one of the legs missing. There was also supposed to be assembly on delivery but the delivery team didnât have any tools with them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, keeping me informed of the delivery date every step of the way. I also received a message the evening before with a convenient 3-hour delivery slot, which was really helpful.
On the day, the delivery driver and his colleague were both very polite, friendly, and professional. They were helpful, efficient, and had everything delivered quickly with no fuss.
