Disaster
The mattress arrived on time and the delivery went well. However the removal of the old mattress was a disaster. Your couriers were in a hurry and although I did not understand their language I got the impression that they were arguing as to the best course of action. They did manage to remove the mattress but only after they had knocked down two pictures and cracked a wooden baluster on the stairs. I was under the impression that I had paid for a professional service to remove and recycle our old mattress. The service we received was far from that.

Refusal to take packaging
The delivery service advertised by the company we purchased from included a two man delivery with packaging removal. Delivery personnel refused to remove any packaging.
