Exceptional service and support
Exceptional service and support. They helped with no hesitation without compromising any security. The agent was willing to answer any of my questions (there was a lot) without getting frustrated.

È un ottimo prodotto,forse troppo costoso, Ajax dovrebbe abbassare i prezzi.. consiglio di non mettere le fascette di biadesivo ,nei sensori più grandi, conviene obbligare il cliente ad installare usando le viti, molto più sicuro.App intuitiva e completa.

Le service technique est très sympa et très réactif. De plus ils connaissent très bien leurs matériels. Il y a un suivi sérieux des dysfonctionnements, explications simples et claires. Franchement merci, de Plus le matériel est au top. Très satisfait.

Amazing product, great support
I switched to AJAX for several of our properties.
Some locations were complete replacements, installed by ourselves.
Other locations were partial replacements: keeping the old sensors, but exchanging the Hub + adding new features.
I am very happy with the change.
I have full control of the system:
- I can easily add devices to the system
- If an installer wants to work on anything, I can give them temporary access.
- I can set up my own Zone
- I can create my own automations
- I can assign/delete users as needed
AJAX maxes the whole system management so easy. I can manage everything from my phone.
The product's quality is outstanding. I had only 1 device failure, but AJAX handld it really well. The replaced the unit quickly (that still in warranty).
Support is great. I've contacted their tech support several times on weekends, in the evenings... they were very quick to respond, and solved all my issues/questions.
What more would you need?
Amazing products, great support.

Voici mon retour d'expérience au bout…
Voici mon retour d'expérience au bout de 5 ans d'utilisation.
Globalement cette alarme est facile à installer et l'interface utilisateur est très conviviale .
Suite à un problème de détecteur qui a généré plusieurs défauts d'alarmes intempestives, j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu très rapidement ,et en français.
Après réalisation des tests qu'ils m'ont demandé de faire, s'avère que trois détecteurs sur quatorze installés ont terminé leur vie soit en position toujours ouverte soit en position toujours fermée.
Il y a donc une fragilité électronique avérée sur les détecteurs de porte et fenêtre.
J'ai investi 1700 euros en 2021 et je me retrouve aujourd'hui à devoir encore racheter 3 détecteurs pour une centaine d'euros supplémentaires sans que ajax ne me propose un accompagnement commercial en restant positionné sur la faible garantie de 2 ans.
À titre de comparaison, mon ancienne alarme myfox vendu avec ma maison précédente, n'a jamais posé aucun problème. Malheureusement myfox a été vendu à Somfy qui n'a pas continué à fabriquer ce produit de haute fiabilité.
Je vais donc devoir continuer avec ce produit ... en espérant ne plus avoir de capteurs a racheter !
C'est très difficile de passer d'un produit excellent à un produit de qualité moyenne.

Nous regrettons que votre expérience d'utilisation de notre système n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous tenons également à souligner que la garantie de deux ans sur les détecteurs Ajax constitue la période optimale pour confirmer l'absence de défauts de fabrication et la stabilité de fonctionnement des composants électroniques. Cela permet au fabricant de garantir le bon état technique des appareils pendant une durée qui dépasse généralement le cycle de décharge standard des piles d'origine, ce qui met en évidence la grande fiabilité du matériel.
Étant donné qu’au moment de la constatation du dysfonctionnement de cet appareil, la période de garantie était déjà expirée, un remplacement sous garantie par le fabricant n’est pas possible ; c’est pourquoi nous vous avons conseillé d’en discuter avec votre revendeur ou un autre partenaire dans votre région.

Fiabilité, performance
Il s'agit de mon troisième système d'alarme. Avoir une application sur smartphone est maintenant indispensable. Ajax avec l'usage m'a démontré sa fiabilité: zero fausses alarmes et sa robustesse et preformance. Le SAV est rapide et efficace.
