Nous avons installé Ajax depuis maintenant 6 mois dans notre maison. Nous utilisons la centrale avec les capteurs d'ouvertures, les détecteurs de mouvement, d'incendie, et les sirènes intérieure et extérieure. Il suffit d'installer l'appli sur son téléphone, pour tout paramétrer très facilement.L'alarme peut être commandée via l'appli ou des bip que l'on peut nommer. Facile pour savoir qui entre ou sort de la maison, et il y a un historique. Depuis 6 mois, nous n'avons eu aucune fausse alerte. La seule fois où nous avons rencontré un soucis... nous avions effectivement oublié de fermer une fenêtre, et au moment d'enclecher l'alarme, Ajax nous a prévenu de l'ouverture de cette fenêtre! En conclusion, c'est un excellent matériel, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.

In principe ben ik super tevreden over het Ajax alarm systeem. Zo'n 5 jaar in gebruik en enkele uitbreidingen verder. Al enige tijd bleven 3 deur- / raam sensoren telkens weergeven dat de deur of het betreffende raam geopend bleven. Nu toch maar eens contact met de Ajax partner opgenomen waar ik alles heb gekocht. Blijkt het een bekend probleem te zijn waarbij de reed schakelaar (glazen buisje) het begeeft. De Ajax partner geeft aan dit ook niet bij Ajax te kunnen reclameren en kan enkel uit eigen zak korting toekennen bij de aanschaf van nieuwe sensoren. Zou een beter passende oplossing van Ajax verwachten in een situatie als deze bij een bekend defect van een van de producten!

Système performant qui correspond bien à ce qu'on voulait installer pour protéger notre maison. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Le service d'assistance est vraiment très réactif et répond très rapidement à toutes les questions que nous avons pu nous poser. Je recommande sans hésitation.

I am very happy with the help and assistance I received from support they were very quick to respond and assist and also do a follow up to find out if I came right with the issue I had.

En faisant une fausse manœuvre j’ai perdu mon droit administrateur, j’avais tout perdu et accès à rien , heureusement pour moi j’avais 2 utilisateurs qui eux avaient accès à l’alarme, mais le problème est que je leur avaient rien autorisé, heureusement q’ajax ma donner la solution pour pouvoir tout récupérer, car une alarme Ajax sans administrateur est complètement bloqué. Le conseil que je peut donner à ceux à qui sa risque d’arriver , sur votre application il faut plusieurs administrateurs , ainsi si une administrateur perd ses droits il en reste un autre pour pouvoir tout récupérer
