Ik heb geruime tijd een alarmsysteem van Ajax, ik ben zeer tevreden over het systeem, vooral de eenvoud waarmee het systeem te bedienen is. Ik heb nog geen problemen gehad met dit systeem met betrekking tot foutmeldingen of juist geen meldingen.
Ik had wel een probleem met de meldingen naar mijn mobiele telefoon betreffende de status van mijn Ajax systeem. Ik kwam er zelf niet goed uit. Ik heb contact gezocht met de support afdeling en zij hebben mij hierbij geholpen en opgelost. Kortom een heel positieve ervaring met de support van Ajax.

I contacted CS via telegram, Uras picked up my case and was quick to help me with my SIM card question.

Overall, 10/10 and definitely recommend this alarm and their customer service to anyone. Thanks again team!

Utilisateur du système depuis quelques années, j'en suis très satisfait. J'ai eu quelques problèmes suite à la dernière mise à jour. Le support a été très réactif et précis pour le régler. C'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné !

J'ai fait installer 7 détecteurs extérieurs et 2 Alarmes. Installation faite par une entreprise.
Je vais juste vous parler des détecteurs extérieurs qui me posent problème. Une des caractéristiques de ces détecteurs est que le distance de détection est de 15 mètres. Après multiples mesures, j'en ai 1 seul sur les 7 qui détecte à 15 mètres, les autres déclenchent jusqu'à 7 mètres maxi. J'ai bien sur réglé le curseur sur la position maxi. De plus j'ai 2 détecteurs qui déclenchent lorsque le soleil de lève ou lorsque les tracteur avec leur Giro far passent à 40 mètres de la maison.

The Ajax support team is always VERY responsive and informative, even for the smallest issues. They are a world apart from other manufacturers who simply sell their platforms and tech to installers. With Ajax support you are communicating with the Ajax engineers, and they know what they are doing. They are even willing to troubleshoot the smallest issues on your system, via secure remote guest access you grant to them.

I really appreciated the service support réactivity, their follow-up and attention. It has been the case each time I did need their help. Thank you!

We use a lot of AJAX equipment and find that the distributor we purchase from is slow at responding to tech questions. Contacting AJAX directly is always a great experience. The questions are answered promptly and in full detail.

Recently had an Ajax alarm and CCTV system installed to replace an older system. I needed some assistance on the level of access I was given to the camera settings by the installer as it appeared extremely limited and almost everything had to be done through them. I installed the previous system myself and so had full administrative rights whereas on the new system I could do nothing except view. I checked with Ajax what the typical access rights were when a system was installed by an approved installer and they confirmed that I should be able to set up privacy masks, change the camera detection settings etc and that just any system config access would be retained by the installer. The person I dealt with was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my queries even though it was over a weekend. The system itself is excellent. I just need to contact the installer now to have my access amended.

I had a problem with an MCam outdoor phod sensor. The support team quickly identified it and worked with me until the issue was fully resolved with the local dealer.

I've always thought that, at a certain brand level, the only thing that makes the difference is the after-sales support.

Well, I just have a very nice and surprising experience with Ajax Support. I had a little problem with my Rex 2 Jeweller firmware update to be with same fw version has that of my hub 2 plus.
All went smooth and quick, problem solved in 30 minutes.

Today I had an issue with connecting my Ajax door camera in the app, as the alarm was not working. The helpdesk responded very quickly, and the problem was resolved within 24 hours.
