Facile à installer avec le système QR code, le paramètrage de l’alarme avec l’application n’est pas toujours évident mais j’y arrive. Le SAV est réactif et m’a permis de corriger ma configuration.

The security equipment is of good…
The security equipment is of good quality and fast easy installation. The deduction of 1 star comes from we opted for the superior line of their products and because of this myself as end user I don't have permissions to add or fix anything that goes wrong like 1 of the sensors malfunctioned and the installer is the only one with permissions to add the new one to the setup. Which is unfortunate as he's not based local to our location.
Ajax support was amazing to deal with they where prompt in replies with detailed solutions to some issues with signing in app first time and helped resolve it swiftly. 10/10 for the support representatives that dealt with my quires
Would recommend to others with the stipulation to purchase the baseline models Purley for convenience for the end user.

Facile à installer et une appli en bon…
Facile à installer et une appli en bon français.
Installé depuis 2021 le système fonctionne bien. Mes piles n'ont pas duré 7 ans comme indiqué.
Dans le pire des cas j'ai dû en changer au bout de 2 ans.
J'ai aussi dû racheter 2 détecteurs d'ouverture défectueux car à la fin il consommait une pile tous les 2 mois.
