Great system and easy to use

Très bon système avec un service d'assistance très performant

Impianto installato a febbraio 2026 nella mia abitazione Buon sistema, "espandibile" anche in tempi successivi all'installazione. App e firmware con aggiornamenti continui.

I replaced my old ADT system two years ago with an Ajax alarm. I am so happy I made the move. Gone are the monthly charges for no apparent service and the fact that when the alarm went off, a family member was called. This is both more reliable and five times more user-friendly. And I don't need a dedicated land line, etc. I've had one issue, which was a technical issue on my part. I emailed the question to customer support and received a reply within 10 minutes. Solved. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have invested heavily in AJAX over the last year, from sensors, cameras, range extenders, switches, relays - most of the AJAX offering is installed.

I am disappointed. There are two areas pulling AJAX down. 1) Their cameras are advertised and pictured outdoors, however the 8 cameras I have have mostly all failed within 1 year from bolts rusting, the rubber waterproof gaskets failing (not being UV stable), and camera lenses distorting (not being UV stable).
2) Their software (application support team) does not take customer feedback. A year later and the AJAX app still does not offer simple flexibility like sorting devices in any other way than the date it was installed. No sorting or grouping on the dashboards either, and the app remains ONLY security focused where automation/switch activation is always an afterthought and cannot be set as the loading page, even if these functions are used multiple times a day.

I took a chance on AJAX and I am underwhelmed.

Ottimo allarme, semplice da installare e ancora di più da utilizzare. Totale copertura della casa e zero falsi allarmi, lo consiglio a chiunque.

Pensé que no me ayudarían tan rápido al no ser más que un simple usuario . Mande un correo con la incidencia y en menos de dos horas ya tengo la solución a la misma, Espectacular soporte y producto

Ottimo sistema di sicurezza, applicazione ben fatta per gestire tutto in modo digitale, comoda l'opzione per aggiungere dispositivi anche di altri marchi.

Desde el primer día no he tenido ningún error. Me llegan todas las notificaciones al móvil donde lo controlo todo sin ningún lapso, la app funciona de maravilla. El teclado y los dispositivos en blanco son modernos y quedan muy bien en la vivienda.

J'ai dû changer mon ancien système atlantic pour cause d obsolescence. Après avoir glané des renseignements j'ai opté pour le système AJAX et depuis 6 mois celui-ci me donne entière satisfaction . En 1 pour sa simplicité d'installation. En 2 pour l'usage que je lui demande et des renseignements qu'il me fournit.ex impossible de mettre l'alarme porte ouverte dans cuisine ou encore détecteur X défectueux...
Pour résumer je conseille cette alarme connectée

I experienced two very brief smoke alarms which were faults. I reported the faults to the Ajax team who immediately set tow work seeking to solve the issue.
Their support was quick, very efficient and helpful.
I was given a few remedial things to do by the team which appear to have solved the problem

Compré el sistema de alarma Ajax y lo instalé yo mismo sin ningún problema. La configuración es muy sencilla e intuitiva. Si tienes dudas, hay mucha información en YouTube y foros, y además puedes contactar directamente con Ajax o con la tienda donde lo compraste.

Es un sistema muy robusto y fiable, funciona perfectamente desde el primer día. Totalmente recomendable.
