Excellent security system and components
Very happy with the Ajax components and overall system that I have in Spain. The system was recommended to me by a Security System installer who fitted the necessary components at my apartment. I’ve had the system 6 months now and it seems to be very reliable. The iPhone app is straightforward to use and you only receive necessary notifications and alarms. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. They responded to my request within a minute with instructions in my language whenever necessary. They maintained the same responsiveness every time I needed to contact them. An outstanding team! Also, the AJAX alarm system is the best on the market. I highly recommend it.

I spoke to someone this morning and she…
I spoke to someone this morning and she was great. She asked to have access to my system and literally helped change all my settings to the way I needed them. She explained it to me. I had no idea from the few times I called prior that this could be done. So I thank her her. I wish I could remember her name but if the company is reading this you can figure out who I spoke to and commend her!

PROTEGIM ALARMES SERVICIO NEFASTO
Fatal el servicio a través de Protegim alarmes. No se lo aconsejo a nadie. Son incapaces de dar un servicio “correcto”. Ya no bueno, si no correcto.
El servicio técnico, nefasto. El servicio de atención al cliente con mucha falta de formación. Son unos aprendices.

Overall, Ajax has a great product. I would choose it again, but there are certain existing limitations (purely software based) that I wish Ajax would resolve. In my experience, I would love to use the Ajax Button as an arm-only control. This is not possible and must be done with a third-party button and an Ajax transmitter. Secondly, you cannot repurpose the Space Control buttons (or possibly have a different fob with customisable buttons) to open gates, etc. Lastly, you cannot operate sequential macros such as disarm and open gate. For basic operation, it's great. For advanced users, I would like the developers to give us more flexibility.

Been using AJAX for about 2 1/2 years…
Been using AJAX for about 2 1/2 years now and it just works, most of the time.
I used to use Verisure for my home alarm but through the years it had multiple false alarms and the customary price increases etc etc made me move to AJAX.
I've had a few user error causing false alarms such as panicking over the key input or dropping the tag etc etc but for the 2 years I've had it, there has only been one alarm caused by technical fault regarding the keypad which refused to respond.
The best thing about AJAX is the alarm but a close second are their support. At least in my timezone they're near instant on email and always kind and helpful, not always possible to resolve issues but close to.
If you're a Verisure customer who feels cheated by their absurd prices and predatory practices, know that at least thus far, an AJAX system is actually owned by you.
I don't feel that lock-in when buying new devices.

Great Alarm system!!
Great Alarm system!!! Creators of it thought about everything. Simple to install, million options, upgrades, great design. Another thing that makes them great is the best customer service. Even it was not the system’s mistake they helped me to resolve it very fast.
