PESIMO. 3 horas de retraso sin explucacion;
Avion con Los asientos rotos con problemas de seguridad ya que no era posible poner rectos los respaldos de algunos asientos.

Plane was delayed by 1hour did manage to get to palma, from east mids airport, plane was shoddy very old and in need of some TLC very rickety, would have liked to have been on TUI plane as that is who we chose to take us, worst landing I have ever had in my whole life been on many flights but to be honest I was scared when we touched down.

Agosto 2023, Verona/Lampedusa.
2 ore di ritardo all’andata + Hanno cancellato all’ultimo il volo di ritorno, posticipandolo di 2gg.
Compilato il format per la richiesta di rimborso, è trascorso un anno con annesse sequele di Pec con la compagnia ed il loro legale: hanno molto semplicemente smesso di rispondere.
Complimenti per la serietà e la professionalità!

Mallorca - Friedrichshafen, bodenlos mit einem Schalter den Check-in durchzuführen. Dann noch 1 Stunde Wartezeit beim Boarding ohne jegliche Info an die Passagiere

Ovviamente ogniuno racconta la propria esperienza e la mia è positiva, Bergamo Monastir puntuali e senza problemi con i bagagli, oggi ritorno via djerba senza problemi e con un piccolo spuntino che non fa mai male,personale gentile e sorridente per me più che positivo.

Booked through TUI for a holiday in Mallorca. I did see the Albastar was the airline they used for this holiday. My mistake was you don't get a boarding pass sent to the TUI app and have to queue up at check-in, regardless of no luggage for the hold. 1.5 hours at Mallorca just to get printed boarding pass. Absolute joke. Then rushing to the gate as plane boarding to find out the aircraft was struck by lighting on way over and it's delayed on the ground for maintenance Never again.

Volo Verona Cagliari Scarsa pulizia aereo e troppo lenti nel servizio di scarico bagagli all’arrivo . Atteso più di 20 minuti che partisse il nastro e tempi lunghi da una valigia all’altra.

Wir sind heute das erste Mal mit Albastar geflogen und haben nix zu beanstanden. Alles war super, da bin ich schon mit schlechteren geflogen.

mein vater sollte heute um 11 von münchen nach gran canaria fliegen mit der firma. naja was soll ich sagen? wir haben es jetzt 15:20 und das flugzeug ist noch nicht gekommen. der 12€ essens gutschein macht die situation da auch nicht besser. jetzt soll er auch noch bis 18:30 warten, in der hoffnung, dass eventuell doch noch eine maschine geschickt wird. insgesamt also eine wartezeit von ca. 9 stunden ohne garantie, dass wirklich eine maschine kommt. flug und hotel in gran canaria sind auch schon bezahlt. ich kann jedem nur ans herz legen mit einer seriöseren fluggesellschaft zu fliegen, um die eigenen nerven zu schonen. einfach peinlich, diese fluggesellschaft gehört verboten!!

update: sie sollen jetzt nochmal bis um 20:30 warten

I too was delayed 12hours in the 25/7/23 and still waiting on the rest of my compensation. The company is an absolute nightmare. The just ignore ur emails. TUI are a disgrace. We paid them for our holiday and they have just abandoned us. I will never book with Tui again.

Flight home from TUI cruise last summer on 25/07/23 to Edinburgh from Palma was delayed 12 hours. I have registered compensation claim of £520 each for me and my partner and 8 months down the line haven't even heard from Albastar never mind receiving any compensation money. I have aslo raised a complaint with AESA the Spanish Civil Aviation Authority bu so far nothing has happened with them. I have complained to TUI but they wring there hands and say there is nothing they can do, I disagree, our contract is with TUI so they are every bit as culpable as Albastar. If I don't get any compensation from Albastar, I will take TUI to a small claims court for the money. I would be interested to know if anyone on this flight has received compensation from Albastar?

La atencion por el personal de asinacion de asientos y los retrasos.

We were on the delayed Norwich flight last July and was waiting in the airport for nearly 11 hours for our flight that was diverted due to technical problems. I filled in relevant forms and gave them all the information they needed and was told told end of January that our payment would be made a.s.a.p, well after what seems like hundreds of emails and no response we still haven't received anything. Being ignored is more frustrating but we won't be giving up.

After 20 months we are still awaiting our compensation for our delayed flight. Numerous emails sent with no response.
Are they hoping we will give up! The actual date of experience 29/07/2022 but unable to put in this date fir the review

Agosto 2022, Bergamo-CapoVerde: 6 ore fermi sulla pista a detta loro “per il troppo caldo”, ma dal finestrino si vedeva che qualsiasi altra compagnia aerea atterrava e decollava. Volo infine cancellato e riprogrammato per il giorno seguente. Al ritorno invece, volo anticipato di 4 ore. Ad oggi, continuano ad essere irreperibili telefonicamente e non hanno ancora provveduto ad eseguire il rimborso (dovuto per legge), nonostante ingiunzione di concordato sottoscritta e firmata anche da loro tramite l’Autorità di Regolazione dei trasporti. Tutto documentabile. Sono dei truffatori.

10h Verspätung von Palma nach Erfurt und bis heute keine Entschädigung erhalten. Die Airlines reagiert auf keinen Mail-Kontakt.

Volo in partenza annullato , coperti da un volo diverso 12 ore dopo . Assenza totale della compagnia aerea . Mi chiedo le autorità cosa controllano e come fanno a permettere a questa compagnia di operare in ITALIA . Tra le altre cose ho chiesto il rimborso da 4 mesi e nessuno ... risponde ... scandalosi

Compagnia aerea non professionale e disorganizzata. Hanno cancellato il volo all ultimo e lo hanno posticipato di 2 giorni. Ho compilato il format per richiedere il rimborso sul sito della compagnia ma dopo 4 mesi non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta nonostante solleciti. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Contraté un vuelo 22/7/2023 Madrid /Lanzarote.
El vuelo salía 9:00 de la mañana ,a las 7:00 teníamos que facturar ..nadie apareció .el vuelo salió el día 23 a las 15:00.mas de 30horas de retraso .la compañía no da respuesta sobre indemnizaciones por retraso así como gastos ocasionados por ese retraso de días perdidos de tiempo y servicios contratados hoteles ,comida etc.
No hay forma de contactar con aerolínea solo atraves de email .
Los cuales solo contestan de vez en cuando diciendo que estudiarán el caso .5 meses para estudiar un caso

Von Friedrichshafen nach Palma - ausgefallen.
Wir hätten von Friedrichshafen nach Palma fliegen sollen. Erst wurde der Abflug um 4 Stunden von 18:30 Uhr auf VORAUSSICHTLICH 22:30 Uhr gelegt.
Dann wurden wir immer weiter vertröstet, bis am Ende um kurz nach Halb Eins Nachts der Flug getrichen wurde.
Ersatzflug wurde für den Folgetag um 13 Uhr angekündigt und wir wurden gebeten Nachhause zu gehen. Hotels waren Dank Pfingstwochenende in Friedrichshafen nicht mehr zu bekommen.
Trotz mehrfacher Kommunikation mit der Airlline warten wir bis Heute auf eine Rückerstattung!
Absolutes NoGo da die Faktenlage hier eindeutig ist. Wir werden immer wieder vertröstet, angeblich bekämen wir unser Geld (in Summe 1.000 €). Gekommen ist bis heute nichts.
Absolute Frechheit und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!
