This is the second time I have purchased items from Alchemy Fine Home and it is the second time I have experienced lengthy delays and awful customer service.

My first order was two bookshelves that ended up being 2 months late and required me to follow up multiple times a day for several days to make any progress on delivery. The Alchemy team were largely unhelpful throughout.

Flash forward to my second purchase and I am now experiencing 6+ week delays for a rug. The only reason I found out about the delay was because I contacted them asking them where my order was. No one had thought to reach out and inform me. Again, staff are largely unhelpful and the company apparently feels like these delays are no big deal.

I would avoid ordering from Alchemy like the plague if you expect your order even remotely close to when they indicate you will receive it. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company.

I really like the Vietri products and also like the meticulous way they are shipped.

This was my 2nd experience with Alchemy, and I will never order from them again. The 1st time, they had an excuse due to Covid. The order was 8 months late, but they billed me at time of order. More recently, I placed an order way ahead of time, based on product being in stock, and lead times for delivery. Despite all that, I was notified my package wouldn’t come by Christmas. Their customer service staff is very slow to respond, and I was horrified. Hey Alchemy - maybe hire some Gen X people who will have some more accountability.

I will never purchase anything from this site again. I purchased placemats for $400, I didn’t care for the color. I was charged a 15% restock fee and paid for my own shipping. As much as I like to buy from smaller companies other than Amazon - this type of return policy doesn’t work for me.

I have two orders and it is very hard to get a resist. I ordered two items three weeks ago and still have no idea if things will arrive. One order has "shipped". No confirmation or time frame. No tracking number. Nothing. The other order they say they are checking on. Come on! Three weeks? This stuff is expensive and should be first class. I am wondering if this is a legitimate company.

Very long wait time for product; no communication proactively to inform us of this; even when item went into stock, it did not ship to us (we should have been first in line!) yet it was still being sold on the website as IN STOCK; item came scratched up; and Delivery company you contracted with scratched my wood floors deeply and made a huge gash in the wall which now needs spackle to fix and repaint. All in all a terrible experience, especially with such expensive items (over $10,000 for two small tables).

I’m very picky when it comes to choosing furniture and as soon as I landed on Alchemy’s instagram page, I knew it was the one! Furniture is phenomenal, the quality, texture and uniqueness is amazing. I bought the sofas and pillows and fell in love. My family and friends love it and have become Alchemy’s loyal customers like myself. The entire team is very considerate, cooperative and responsive! So incredibly happy with my furniture

Shipping was fast, the delivery was great! Customer service was amazing! excited to order my next piece from them! The quality of the the cabinet I received is soooo good!

The Alchemy team had an amazing customer service and support along the process and after. Tremendous help from Jerry with finding the correct items and making sure all sizes match our needs. Moreover, he was in communication with us before and during the delivery of all furniture since we had a time restriction. So much appreciated and incredible help. Vanessa was so great with giving us advice on the right design and styling and even helped with measures to fit our home. On top of that, Alchemy agreed to match prices with other stores, when needed. I didn't expect such a service from an online store, it was beyond. Last, we are so happy with all the furniture we purchased, it came beautiful! I definitely recommend designing your home with Alchemy Fine Home!
