Move to NYC never looked so chic!
I recently moved to NYC and found so many wonderful new chic pieces for our place. First, the customer service was great because my apartment is not that easy to deliver. Second, they have so many beautiful choices. I found exactly what I was looking for pretty quickly. Last, I love their website!! I used their photos as inspiration because it’s exactly my aesthetic.
I highly recommend Alchemy Fine Home!

Worst Shipping Time. Great Sofa
The sofa is great, but it took almost 2 month to arrive, this timeframe is unacceptable .

Not good
Not good. I waited for months for something I ordered from Alchemy Fine Home. I finally got a package and it is not what they showed they had for sale. It is not what I ordered and then they want to try and give me a further hard time with the return of the incorrect product. They advertised the product using another product for show. I wouldn’t trust these people or buy anything else from them. They score 0 out of 5.

Thank you for your reivew. We are so sorry you were unsatisified with your order. When you order a Geode that is a natural stone, there are variations. No two natural geodes are the same. Unless it was a cast of resin, differences are expecte. We clearly state that these are final sale and unless there are flaws, they are final sale. We have communication asking about a damage or flaw, and from your photos and response it was just the shape of the geode you weren't a fan of.
Unfortunately John Richard won't accept that as a valid reason. If an item is ever damaged or flawed then of course we'll allow returns and follow our return policy.
For customer transparancy, we've added your photo to the product listing so that all customers can see your unbiased photo.

Communication is key
I loved the dishes. They were a shower gift for my niece's wedding. She loved them. They are good quality and arrived without damage. I was a little nervous when after I placed my order there was silence. i heard nothing about more order for weeks. I became frightened that I was scammed. Once the item was shipped the delivery was great. The six to eight weeks in between was stressful without any communication about my order.

A few delays but good customer service
The desk I ordered took forever to ship, but that was a warehouse issue. (Shorthanded, lots of orders, etc) Through the process, they were very communicative and responded to concerns and questions quickly. I generally got answers within 24 hours. Once in, the delivery went very smoothly. The delivery company called to schedule, and was also easy to work with. The desk itself was well worth the wait, all around a good experience

outstanding customer service
I recently had an outstanding customer service experience with this company. I had ordered a set of 4 dishes on their website, but I received only one dish in my order and later realized that the website had incorrectly listed the price for a set of four dishes as the price for just one.
I immediately contacted the company's customer service department to rectify the situation. The representative who assisted me was incredibly understanding and apologetic about the mistake. They quickly acknowledged their error and promptly shipped the remaining three dishes to me at no additional cost.
I was impressed with the level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by the company. Their approach to handling the situation was exemplary, and it is clear that they place a high value on their customers.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality dishware. Their customer service is exceptional, and I am grateful for the excellent experience I had with them.

Rug looked nothing like the one…
Rug looked nothing like the one pictured on website (I actually checked to see if the right rug was shipped), but I’m still responsible for the return shipping.
I read your message. I can guarantee you that even from afar or different angles it looked nothing like the rug pictured. It’s poor customer care when you completely negate my opinion.

We do mention that dye lots of rugs and textiles can vary slightly. We looked at the photo you provided with the close-up photo of the rug on our listing and they do look identical. I can see where the pulled back image may look a bit darker because of lighting however they look to be the exact match.
Everyones eyes may read it different, however, if it was a dramatic difference of course we would have waived any return shipping or restocking fees.
