Thank you for your repeat business. As we state on our product pages and shiping page, we estimate up to 5 weeks to arrive when ordering in-stock items that require freight delivery. These are trucked across the country and our timing is on par with the industry standard. In the case that you order an item that is out of stock and we list a 'next available date' that can add further time. While some freight can arrive within 2 weeks, we see that the the shipping location to your home was across the country. We always make sure to deliver realistic expectations and try to ensure top customer service along the way.

They completely lie on their website…
They completely lie on their website about delivery times. They are not even close. Then they don't even care that it takes months to get your product and their follow up sucks!

We take our promises seriously and by no means lie or take our promises lightly. I think you know this but are clearly upset understandably that we weren't able to get your chairs to you in time to enjoy them for the holidays.
I can see a clear chain of emails and phone calls following up with you. We have a 95% success rate at delivering items on time however sometimes between our suppliers and shipping partners, goofs happen and unfortunately, this was a situation that took a few weeks longer than promised. For that, we are truly sorry and are doing everything in our power to correct the situation. I can see your chairs shipped on the 29th so you should have them soon!

I'm so sorry for your frustration. We can see that your order took 7 days to ship when we state on the listing that it can take 5 to 10 business days so we were right in the middle of our promised ship by window.
This Christmas ornament was delivered to you on Dec. 8th which gave you plenty of time to use or gift it well before Christmas.

If we are ever delayed on shipping or take longer than we state on the product pages then we will absolutely accept an item back, but your item was received in a timely manner per our stated shipping policies in perfect condition. Love my coffee table
The furniture piece is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Original delivery estimate changed from 6 weeks to 6 months. No notifications were given when delivery dates were changed, which happened several times. I had to reach out to customer service after each expected date passed to receive a new delivery estimate.

Very good company
The first table I recieved, arrived with a broken marble top, even though it was fortified with styrofoam and shipped in a wooden crate. The Company asked for photos and immediately replaced the table. This one arrived intact. It looks great in my living room.

Do not order here!
The experience I had with Alchemy was absolutely outrageous. I had ordered two coffee tables 6 months ago!!! I have been trying to get hold of customer service and nobody seem te know where my items were or how long it would take. After 7 months I finally received 1 table only! I am still waiting for the second one. I tried to cancel my order, but they won't refund my money. My bank is working on it.

Terrible quality, terrible service
The quality of the chairs we ordered was not commensurate with the pricing. The quality was really bad. The return process as well. We had to pay the shipping for both delivery and return and a restocking fee. Although we wrote the company a day after the chairs were delivered. It took a month to receive the return address. My company will never order from you again.

We have reviewed this order and our customer service team asked for photos and examples of the poor quality and offered to help you with your return and you took weeks to reply and then never complied. They asked for box details to send you a slip, and you never replied. They were trying to help you over and over again but you're late replies and unresponsiveness stretched out this process much longer than it needed to be. Since you could not show any proof or poor quality it was a customer remorse return. Had you been able to send proof via photos and box dimensions this could have been handled and covered in one day. We wish you and your clients well!
Beautiful Silverware from Italy
I was delighted to see that Alchemy Fine Home carried the silverware I originally purchased on a trip to Venice Italy. I ordered another 4 place settings from them. They arrived sturdily wrapped and in perfect condition.
