Having been accused of leaving fake reviews I then emailed the company using the new email address that they have provided me. I have supplied this company with my personal details that were used to place the order but they have made no contact regarding the faulty product. This is a awful company with awful service and quite clearly awful products as when things go wrong they simply ignore you.
