Excellent service. Drivers were on time, polite and helpful. Vehicles were clean and tidy. I will definately be using this company again.

Always a reliable service and use them every time I visit Faro. They are always on time and waiting for you and have never been late. I am sure there are services which offer a slightly cheaper service but none that have the same standards. If you want a reliable and trustworthy taxi then I would always recommend them.

Excellent and prompt. Everything went as planned.

On arrival everything was fine had paid extra for Mercedes vip van and it was lovely. However on the return journey they turned up with a pokey five seater van driver never new anything about the vip van. What is the point of paying for an extra service and then getting the basic service. No refund offered. Have since been contacted by Algarserra and have been offered a refund. Great response.

Booking transfers online was simple and easy to use. Communication from Algarserra was excellent throughout. Drivers were either early and both journeys were excellent. Very clean vehicles and drivers were smart, polite and helpful.

From booking the transfers to being dropped off at Faro Airport at the end of our holiday everything went smoothly.
I received a Whatsapp message just after we landed stating where to meet your courier. Jorge ( a very pleasant gentleman ) was in the exact spot that he told us, so easy to find. He took us to our driver " Elvis", a very nice man, who then drove us to our drop off place, we did have a bit of conversation with him. That was better than being driven in silence.
At the end of the holiday we were picked up at the exact time that was promised , and after a pleasant morning drive, we were dropped off at Faro Airport with plenty of time to catch our flight.
From booking the transfers to arriving back at Faro Airport everything thing went smoothly.
I will definitely use ALGARSERRA again if I return to the Algarve.
I certainly recommend this company to anybody requiring great service at a very good price.

Spoke English when we called to book a taxi, arrived at our destination on time and got us to Faro Airport in plenty of time for our flight.

Good communication throughout the booking process, and our arrival at Faro airport. They are always very reliable (we have used them on two separate holidays thus far), and their prices are fair.

Friendly and helpful drivers. We had transfers to and from Faro airport with 4 small children, one of the journeys was at 3.45 am The drivers were both on time, the taxis were comfortable and spacious and reasonably priced.
