I made a mistake with my return booking, Algarserra went for nothing to the airport to pick up my wife. They called her some time after and found out about the error, corrected the flight number and arrival time and picked up my wife later that day. No extra costs, no nothing, talking about an excellent service, really, they deserve 6 stars!!

Great customer service & great price too.Highly recommend, as they care about their customers. Revolut made a hash of my payment, but Algarserra sorted this problem and I was so relieved that I was getting my 0630am transfer back to Faro Airport. Luis Costa the CEO phoned me and reassured me that I would be refunded, & not charged twice.
Now that's customer service. Use Algarserra Taxi service, it's a no brainer, excellent.

Journey home. Driver arrived on time and helpful with loading of luggage, golf clubs etc. Again two baby seats. Large spacious vehicle with air conditioning. Dropped off outside terminal entrance.

Pick up at Faro was poor..
Pick up at Faro was poor. Minor complaint as we have used this company before. We were the first people through to the baggage pickup point but nobody waiting with our name showing. Despite enquiring with other operators we could not find our pick up. After some time (15mins) we noticed a lady we had walked passed several times before now displaying our name...that was very dissappointing. The following morning I received a whats app text asking me to reply and to advise we were through baggage pick up. That process needs improvement or the rep should be displaying names like the other reps and not depending on whats app texts.
The return pick up was perfect, as expected, on time and very nice driver.
