My Story:
Ordered 500 t-shirts - got thin, ugly ones. Seller disappeared. Lost $1,200.

Advice:

Always order samples first

Only use "Trade Assurance" payment

Don't rush - check suppliers carefully

I Wanted to buy 76.00 in samples. 500.00 postage. Naaa. I don't think so.

Found decent wholesale prices but got burned twice by suppliers sending inferior products. "Trade Assurance" is a joke – had to fight for weeks just to get partial refunds. Only worth it if you enjoy gambling with your money.

Ordered “original” AirPods for $100 - came a cheap knockoff that broke in a day.

Alibaba support is a laugh:
- 2 months “investigating”
- Seller continues to cheat
- No refund

And then they blocked my account for complaining!

I advise everyone to avoid Alibaba! This is a dump for scammers.

I would zero star this if possible. I made an online order and never received any food, £20 down. Phones were never answered. This company needs closing down asap.

Terrible service and no customer service whatsoever oppsite to what they claim having. I was already registered, well I always signed in with google and usually browse it like ANYONE does to see what they have and if they have what I may be looking for at the moment and search of they require bulk orders or not.. the usual everyone does. It's been a while I haven't used it. I downloaded it again the other day and couldn't login and got a message saying my account is blocked. I contacted Customer Service asking what was happening and why my account was blocked just like that and showed screenshots and all they said and did and limited themselves to was saying "your account has been blocked" ...well thanks if I had know you'd tell me what I already know and why I asked WHY that was..i wouldn't ned to contact. I adsked again caliming if I asked was not to get the answer I already have whicvh was obvious considering I sent them the screenshots and they keep saying the same :you account has been blocked due to seciruty measures".... Hum...which are? And what security and why? For logging in? Or is it mandatory one buys after browsing and no finding what they needed is taht a crime??? Deleted the app, not using. Great service for loosing customers and users though!

I have deleted my Ali baba & Ali Express apps on my phone and will no longer dealing with these two scam companies

After recent events and my wife and bring scam by a Ali baba seller March 2024 for nearly US$5,000.00 this scam seller advertising fake vehicles is still advertising on Ali baba nearly a year after this fake seller scam my family

Ali baba has done nothing about this seller Ali baba after we have sent all documents to Alibaba all communications with this Ali baba have not replied via any communications for nearly a year we have been waiting to hear back.

We have also tried to contact the owner of Ali baba with no reply from the owner of Ali baba the way I see it either a company stands against such scam or they are compliant with the scam.

What I am writing here is going to be posted on trustpilot and google reviews
Google play and Facebook and on my websites below.

I had just setup drop shipping for 2 of my websites but now I will be deleting any drop shipping with Ali baba and Ali Express as both Ali Baba And Ali Express seem to be compliant with these scams.
the scam car suppliers are back on Alibaba and Alibaba do nothing about fake suppliers. you can purchase a Mustang Shelby for US$1,500 Includes delivery but heres the catch when your fake car arrives at your destination you will receive a email from fake Alibaba car suppliers requiring you to pay US5,000 For duties and taxs etc #alibaba

Buyer beware, full of scammers. got ripped off on my first purchase. Sellers are incompetent and useless. Alibaba support is useless.

This is a review I wrote about one of their companies, AliExpress. It belongs here too, as Alibaba takes zero responsibility for their criminal and underhanded activity. They won't even respond to the complaints on BBB. Granted, there are so many of them, they would need a whole crew working day and night for weeks to try to handle...

It gets more and more despicable, the longer you look into it.
Update: The company sent me a very nice email, but their only solution was for me to buy the item from another seller. So we did. I was actually quite happy as this seller offered the exact same item for about $100, instead of $200 and had a rating from AliExpress of 100% 5 stars. The bookcase was sold out.

The very next day, this seller claimed that the item was sold out. Oh, and when I looked into the seller, and his 100% 5-star reviews, he only had 2 reviews and each was a 1 star, because he never shipped their items either. So whatever scam these sellers are trying to pull (trying to get your credit card data? Luckily I used PayPal, stealing other personal info? Making interest on the funds?) AliExpress is part of. If nothing else, by not giving a hoot what unethical behavior their "sellers" engage in.

Needless to say, I would never try to purchase anything from these liars and thieves.

The only good news here is that with such criminal activities, AliExpress and Alibaba are going to be out of business in the very near future.

First review: I bought a bookcase. The seller said the address - which receives a lot of packages from all over the world - cannot be shipped to. I thought maybe their software got confused because the gate code was next to the apartment number, so I moved it to the instructions.

She then kept delaying the shipping again, and asked me to give her time. It looks like she deliberately waited until an automatic refund kicked in, though I specifically messaged her that I did not want a refund, just wanted to know when she will ship. My guess is, she didn't like that I got a coupon that reduced the cost by a few dollars.

I tried their chat but even though they say it's live, it was a useless AI, which gave me a response in Chinese. Calling got me a message that I can only communicate via the chat.

Then they blocked me completely! They claimed they detected a "suspicious activity". I have never had a worse buying experience or a worse customer "service" in my life. And that's saying a LOT.

It makes me want to never buy anything from AliExpress again. Or Alibaba, or China in general, for that matter. Whatever (low) opinion I already had about many Chinese sellers and their ethics level, it's now a LOT worse.

Difficile da usare .

Aliexpress.com has never delivered any product. Their customer service members were contradictory to each other and gave false information. They have deleted the detailed information to the link for the product which was never delivered. They also refused to refund to me. Ali express customer services continue to lie. They said it was my bank who rejected charge back. Nothing was delivered. Their customer services were just completely wasting customer time, and had no intention of refund at all. Nothing was delivered. Nothing was shipped. It was completely fake listing with fake vendor. They used a fake vendor, saying the product has been delivered. I went there. Nothing was delivered. Their customer service acknowledged that was a fake vendor. They subsequently deleted that fake shipment information in my account. I am very surprised Ali express used that fake shipment information and sent it to my bank and payment company to reject chargeback. Nothing was shipped. I have photos with time stamp to prove nothing was shipped. Ali express acknowledged fake shipment and nothing was shipped. They then deceiving used that fake shipment information to reject chargeback.

received 2 item that are bent to hell,will add pics,i put in refund claim as both items damaged yet after 5 days nothing so ontacted again to be told to cancel that claim as had done it wrong then redid it for it to be right first time but they play for time,will be contacting bank as not abiding by our trading laws,have contacted mp to put investigation forward to stop this company trading in this country,notice that the ali express is just a rebranded name of ali baba,if had known i would not have bothered .I will not entertain these sites anymore and i suggest you all dont either as nothing but con artists

Not only this time, but several times I have had occasion to be annoyed at the service of AliExpress.
Some of the sellers on AliExpress outright fraudulent scammers and they seem to be protected by the organisation itself who does not wish to receive negative comments.
The list of my complaints is too long to live here so I shall End,

Be careful when using AliExpress you may lose your money.
Not all sellers are honest and the organisation AliExpress will not, I repeat, not protect you in the case of you being fraudently scammed.
Once these Chinese sellers have received your cash they will not part with it and will not give you a fair deal and they are not prepared to negociate about it.
They make preposterous claims which seem perfectly reasonable in their eyes but from a western view are absolutely ridiculous.
I’m sorry, but you have been warned and I have been burned Many times.

This company failed to send my order. When contacted the company asked for money in addition to the order already paid to them. States unless I send money he won’t release product or refund money. Either I send additional money or he keeps money and the product I paid for. This is a crooked company DO NOT USE them. It will be a rip off
