Do not buy here. Cata-Bloody-Strophic.The service has worsen.I have been a buyer for 13 years and my experience is terrible. So many packages i have not received, payed for (multiple items), marked as delivered but i have never received and no Refund. No Photos and no signature provided but Aliexpress asking me to prove that i have not received. Not only that but other packages hollowed and items were missing. I documented and repported all of it with evidence that the delivery companies contractors (Imile, Qualitypost and also J & T for Mexico) were not serious and not reliable. Even the returned damaged item for which i had to pay the shipping, no Refund. I also by chance interviewed customers who have exactly the same problem. Not only that even it happened multiple times that i could not proceed with the checkout with my credit card nor cash payment (Oxxo, 7Eleven), despite escalating the issue, Aliexpress was not able to provide me with an answer. It took over 2 weeks, but then it is another price and no free shipping anymore. This is a fraud. Aliexpress ask you for a photo proof that you have not received the items but they never provide you with a photo or signature that the packages were indeed delivered. Very stupid and strange policy.
I had enough and find a competitor more reliable and serious. Do not spend your money shopping here. There is always another alternative.
Finaly i received the damaged items back, no explanation nothing.

Ik heb vijf camera’s gekocht via AliExpress, maar drie daarvan werken niet. Toen ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, kreeg ik slechts 24 uur de tijd om foto’s te maken als bewijs. Dit was onmogelijk omdat ik op dat moment in het buitenland was. Vervolgens werd de case gesloten en kon ik niets meer doen.

Resultaat: €550 verspild en nutteloze camera’s die ik nu moet weggooien. Mijn ervaring met AliExpress is ronduit slecht. Slechte service en waardeloze producten. Ik raad iedereen af om hier iets te kopen!

Apparaat besteld bij Ali, niets geleverd, wel dat ik het kon afhalen bij afhaalpunt. Alleen nergens waar dat punt is. Nu bericht dat het retour is gestuurd omdat het niet is afgehaald. Wat een amateurs en wat een slechte service. Nu maar hopen dat ik mijn geld terug krijg.

Een relais besteld, maar helaas! Ze proppen maar wat in je postpakketje en klaar is Ali. Te veel ongemak met retourneren en een soepelheid van een betonblok laat Ali het hier bij. Ik ook en wees verstandig want bij Aliexpress zijn ze incapabel met totaal geen vorm van enige service.

Slechte service ze willen niks oplossen en de helpdesk zeggen allemaal het zelfde we willen oplossen wij sturen dit naar een team. Ik raad het niet aan hier iets te bestellen heel onbetrouwbaar, je kan ook niet iets retourneren gauw. Als je iets wil bestellen doe het bij een betrouwbare voorbeeld bij Temu .

Je suis surpris des avis négatifs.... Que du positif de mon côté....J'ai eu quelques expériences négatives de certains vendeurs malhonnêtes... Et de certains livreurs de notre bon pays qui ne vous délivrent pas le colis et le gardent.

Onze economie staat op een laag pitje, en dan laten ze zo 'n bedrijven hier nog voet aan wal zetten, het zijn de Chinezen die veel slimmer zijn dan de EU-unie.

Vandaag besteld binnen 5 dagen geleverd van december tot 13/02 moeten wachten,dan was verkoper op doorreis en dan chinees nieuwjaar,had meerdere artikelen besteld en wilde er 1 terug sturen om dat het geurloos was. had het ook al op andere site besteld en wist daar al dat het niet goed was kost 2,19+7,29 verzendkosten voor het terug te sturen moest ik zelf de 7,29€ betalen en ze wilden het product dat geurloos was niet terug betalen,was geen goede informatie wat ik als reden had gegeven slechte communicatie altijd een Eva met altijd het zelfde antwoord,zo een bedrijf dat zich laat kennen voor 2€

The first one has never been delivered, the second doesnt work, and the third is taking 3 months or more to arrive! If it does. Ik heb het artikel terug gestuurd, ook het Verzend bewijs naar AliExpress gestuurd, maar helaas geen artikel geen geld terug gekregen.
Dus geen vertrouwen meer.

j'ai commandé et payer 2 colis ,qui ne sont jamais arrivé ,le vendeur a réussi a utiliser un faux code barre Bpost ,pour simuler le suivi et la réception des colis .Nous savons maintenant que les colis ne sont jamais entré en Belgique ,ni passé par la douane ni la poste. Nous avons ouvert un litige et fourni les preuves a Aliexpress et malgré cela , Aliexpress a décidé de clôturé le dossier en faveur du soit disant vendeur .Conclusion grosse arnaque avec la bénédiction de Aliexpress. The worst company ever... Sent me a used item with broken packaging, which I had intended as a Christmas gift. The item did not work. When I returned the item, they claimed they had never received it, although I had a receipt as proof and they refused to refund any money. I will not be shopping with them again... It's their loss, as they will lose thousands of pounds not only from me but also from other people who I shall warn not to use them. If I could give minus stars, I would. I have never, ever experienced such incompetent and unhelpful customer service. Their marketing is very communist-like... Just awful.

Pakket niet geleverd, wel betaald.
Nu weken bezig voor restitutie maar geen reactie.

The seller sent a tracking number for my order that was someone else’s order. The delivery address is not mine and the weight and size is nowhere close to what I ordered and the delivery zip code is hours away to my address and while it’s a single one piece item they marked it as partially shipped so the order won’t close out and will just remain in the order history and look like it was delivered but the tracking number is someone else order. The label per FedEx was printed a day before I even placed my order so no way it can be for my order. Aliexpress just gives you the run around and has done nothing although the chat help does say the shipping information doesn’t match and what was sent didn’t go to me they have to send it to escalation which I already asked for and heard nothing at all back for weeks now. No one bother with anything from Aliexpress you most likely will be cheated also and they will not do anything to assist you or stop the seller from doing it to others. The seller even said the tracking was not mine and would refund but of course did not when they were confronted in store chat.
