Het is ongelofelijk frustrerend, heb op 6 weken tijd 4 bestellingen gedaan en er is NIETS aangekomen. OPLICHTING ??? Voor mij een volmondig JA

AliExpress heeft mijn klacht bekeken en beslist mij niet terug te betalen, zij verzenden een pakket naar mij zonder straatnaam en nummer (wat ze hebben nochtans) en vinden nu dat ik het moet gaan zoeken bij de post. Het gaat om een vrij klein bedrag (± 20 euro) maar toch, als die van iedere klant 20 euro kunnen ontfutselen en niet slim genoeg zijn om dit commercieel op te lossen als ze in fout zijn kan ik alleen maar iedereen waarschuwen: het zijn géén eerlijke mensen waar je niet mee kunt communiceren, dus laat die Chinezen voor wat ze waard zijn...

Oef, als een pakket niet is aangekomen dan kun je fluiten naar je geld. 200 euro voor een computer, ben nu al een maand bezig, en elke, het geschil is nog open, u moet wachten... 3 maanden geleden besteld.. alsof je tegen een muur praat

They didn'l label correctly. Still haven't received my product even though custom phoned me 20 days ago. Talked to customer service who say it's not a problem but then got an email to wait another 45 days. Will be filing report directly with Paypal. Just scammers.

Aliexpress attention aux arnaques et des mensonges qu'ils prolifèrent, afin de vous voler. Quand vous retournez un article au service client, faites bien attention. Vous pourrez faire tout ce que vous sembler faire au mieux pour être remboursé, mais ils trouveront une excuses lunaire et mensongère pour garder votre argent. Vous aurez beau renvoyé le colis en bon et du forme, ils ne vous rembourserons pas. Ils mentiront pour garder votre argent et votre temps sera perdu! C'est dommage que l'on ne puisse mettre des photos sur Truspilot, afin de bien voir leur mensonges. Dans tout les cas il ont gardés l'article et mon argent. De plus, leurs emballages deviennent très limites, les articles souffrent avec le voyage et arrivent souvent en mauvais état.

Initially, I suspected the item might be faulty, but it has become clear to me that this was a scam. Instead of receiving a genuine 100Ah battery, I received a battery that weighs only 3.6kg, while a legitimate 100Ah battery should weigh between 17-40kg. This discrepancy in weight was my first indication that something was wrong.

On July 16, 2024, I activated buyer protection after numerous attempts to contact the seller. AliExpress informed me that I would need to pay for the return shipment, with the promise that the seller would cover these costs. I followed through and returned the item on August 1, 2024, using tracking number CO971615418RO. However, as of August 20, 2024, the package has been stuck in Chinese customs, awaiting necessary paperwork from the seller. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the seller regarding this situation, which makes it evident that they are unwilling to assist.

I have contacted AliExpress multiple times regarding my situation, and while they assure me that I will be refunded, 60 days have passed since I activated buyer protection without any resolution. The seller Shop1103681406 appears unresponsive and seems to be closing down their shop, as there are no items available.

Additionally, I noticed another seller, likely associated with the first (Shop1104080437), is offering a similar 100Ah battery for just 5kg (the whole package). This raises red flags, as it further indicates potential fraudulent activity within the platform.

I'm deeply concerned that my experience reflects a lack of oversight and accountability on AliExpress's part. I feel scammed and doubt I will ever see my money again. With 120 days since my order and no product or refund received, I'm left feeling frustrated and let down by both the seller and AliExpress's buyer protection program. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly vet sellers before making a purchase.
