My first ever experience with getting finance on a car the sales girl lia was fantastic she ran through everything with me made life very easy if you're ever thinking about finance on a new car gone and see them lots to choose from and customer service very good thanks to all there team. I dealt with Ellie from beginning to end and she was so personable and helpful. She made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble including seamlessly dealing with an engine light that came on during warranty. She went the extra mile and even found me a garage closer to home to get it sorted within a week! Her customer service was 10/10.

Traded my car against another this week... Nothing but 5 star service from all employees, calling out Ellie, Matt & Ben in particular for their help and the ease to trade and drive away in a lovely new to me car... Will return when the time comes again!!

After having a really rubbish experience with another garage we decided to stop into Alisons and we're greeted by Ellie who gave us the freedom to have a look around, after about 3 minutes I fell in love with a porsche....

We were still going through cancelling a recent car, alisons were really patient while we sorted out the mess we were in!

There were a few niggles with the car which they swiftly sorted for us and finally today we got in the car.

Ellie has been absolutely amazing for us, keep up the good work!!

****little edit!! Car had a slight knock from front suspension, called them up, dropped it off and it was repaired within a day! New arms fitted no hassle, fantastic service again!***

Ellie was fantastic from start to finish, friendly, helpful even got a prompt station pickup. Upon arriving at the office, it was very fast and effiecnt, no messing around.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Alsons Group Ltd / Alisons Automotive Group to proceed with extreme caution.

I purchased a Porsche Cayenne GTS from this dealership in February 2026 for over £27,000. Within 2 days of purchase, the vehicle developed a serious mechanical fault which was independently inspected by a Porsche specialist.

I exercised my statutory short-term right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 within the required timeframe and returned the vehicle at my own expense. Despite this, the dealership failed to issue a refund and instead attempted to impose unlawful deductions, including a £1 + VAT per mile usage charge.

What has been most disappointing throughout this process is the complete lack of accountability, communication, and respect for consumer rights. I repeatedly attempted to resolve matters amicably over several weeks and even offered settlement opportunities to avoid legal escalation. Refunds were repeatedly delayed, and at one stage I was informed by phone that payment would not be made.

To make matters worse, the vehicle was placed back on sale shortly after being returned, while my refund still remained unpaid.

As a result, I have now been forced to issue County Court proceedings against the company in order to recover my money, court fees, and interest.

Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not a stressful legal dispute. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership and would urge potential buyers to carefully consider the risks before purchasing from them.

So after a bad experience I was contacted by the DM Matt - absolutely lovely bloke and quite funny and down to earth. We started fresh and he explained everything about the car and the warranty and answered alllllllllllllllllll my questions along with a few jokes, made me feel real at ease…
If you have any issues speak to Matt he’s great. Deposit on a lovely car. Hopefully all goes to plan will keep updated so far great…

For me I liked how when we arrived on the forecourt we weren’t pounced upon and followed around, this gave us chance to look at the cars until we approached them.
my son and i approached Lia and found her very welcoming. she was honest and more importantly not at all pushy which I hate in a car sales person and would immediately put me off! This was the most pleasant and stress free buying car experience I've had due to Lia and the fast turnaround sorting my sons new car out and to put such a smile on his face said it all to the service we got.
