Alisons Automotive Group レビュー

Was dealing with Ellie through the whole purchase of my new vehicle and she was very happy and chatty. Communication was also very good very happy will definitely be reccomending this garage.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star!

Crazy that all the truthful reviews get removed don’t you think? I won’t stop posting..

This company is trading under a new name to hide their unlawful behaviour! Do not buy from them!! They are Autotrade south west, do your research!!!!

They are con men! Taking money and selling unlawful vehicles.

You don’t scare me and your actions won’t stop me either! Just makes me more determined , You have fraudulently ripped so many people off but One day very soon, karma will serve you!

Had a very good service from the team they kept me informed of the situation of car until ready to pick up. They done everything what they said and the car was serviced mot,d and cleaned. Highly recommend to anyone else to buy from this company.

Experience buying at Alison’s Automotive was fantastic. Big shout out to Ellie for getting everything sorted for me! 100% recommend

On my visit to get my new car at Alisons Automotive Group, Lia who i dealt with was amazing, she was very helpful, friendly and made the experience a pleasure to get a new car, highly recommended

When I arrived at Alisons Automotive Group and Lia was very welcoming. She also explained everything very well and answered all of the questions I had. I highly recommend this place, I would use again in the future.

Very helpful all throughout purchasing my new car, Ben talked us through everything and made us feel relaxed during the whole experience. Would definitely recommend!

Avoid at all costs. I paid over £10,000 for a van that has broken down on four separate occasions. Although the company carried out repairs, the vehicle has never been right. On one occasion after their garage worked on it, it was clearly visible that components underneath the van were not even properly attached.

I gave them multiple fair opportunities to fix the issues or offer a suitable replacement vehicle that was fit for purpose, but they refused a refund and ignored my letters.

I also later discovered the van was sold to me as having around 30,000 miles when in reality it has approximately 80,000 miles, which is extremely concerning.

Overall, very poor service, repeated faults, and misleading information. I am now taking legal action.

Great customer service, smooth transition and answered all questions that were asked with great response

Everyone at Alisons Automotive was so friendly and helpful. Lia, who we were with, was great. Professional, polite, cheerful, relaxed. No pressure. Made the experience a pleasure. Our daughter and grandkids now have a v nice, low mileage SUV for a good price. All v happy. Highly recommended. Will go back.

I went in needing a new car for the school run and Ellie was really helpful with fulfilling my needs and listening to my concerns. I would recommend Allisons Automotive Group and Ellie to all my friends who need a new car

Amazing company . Reliable polite and friendly. Definitely recommend

Ellie is the best ❤️

We made the trip all the way from Scotland — and wow, LIA truly went above and beyond! ✨ From the warm welcome and station pickup to getting all the paperwork done in just 20 minutes, the whole experience was seamless and stress-free. Now we’re happily cruising back to Scotland , hearts full and smiles wide. 😇🚗💨
And a special shout-out for the lovely coffee — such a sweet touch! ❤️

Just picked up an A-Class Mercedes and I had a fantastic experience with Alisons automotive Group, I got picked up from the train station promptly, aloud to look around the vehicle on my own without any pressure, had a lovely coffee whilst paper work and admin was being sorted, overall it was a great experience. My sales manager was Lia and she is a credit to the team. Absolutely 5-Stars guys. Thanks a lot!

To be totally honest Ellie made this a great experience buying the Audi A4.
Without her help.i wasn't sure although I wanted it.
Well done Ellie 10 out of 10 for your amazing customer experience. 👏

Ellie at Alison’s Automotive was great to work with. She was friendly, honest, and made buying a used car quick and stress-free. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Highly recommend asking for Ellie!

Welcoming and helpful throughout my interactions with them. Professional to a tee. Lia handled my purchase and she was great - even bending a few rules around the holding fees as I could t test drive the car due to some time constraints on my end. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly from start to finish. They didn't put no pressure on me to try sell me the car which made me feel comfortable, quality car and at a decent price.

Amazing service, nice and easy arranging a viewing and test drive, staff are all friendly and willing to answer any questions

Lia was very friendly and helpful and even stayed on a bit later on a Saturday since we came a little late but still was happy to help out :) Great sales rep!
