This, I believe, is a scam. This unit never did work correctly. It would not hold batteries. It would not read my EKG. I canceled the subscription right away. All of a sudden they are charging me again. Complete rip off.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They sell a KardiaCare subscription, which includes one report after activation of the subscription, and one report later. What they don't say is that simply following the tutorial uses up the first report for whomever does the tutorial. When I went through the tutorial with my mom (for whom I bought the item), it claims to have used up a free report on *me* without any warning. (I never got the report in any event.) The company refuses to provide the report or provide any credit for it, and I've gone up the chain of supervisors. They seemed to say that because the report was "free," I haven't lost anything; it was free anyway. Not so. It's included with the cost of the subscription.
Now going to fight in small claims court for a refund, court costs, and fees. They will almost certainly lose, as their position seems frivolous, and the time and money the company has wasted on this issue is ludicrous and far exceeds the value in dispute. They have lost a customer of many years. STAY AWAY.

Deficient After Sale.
unfortunately there is no way to obtain assistance on a basic problem.
I paid for a yearly subscription but it is not possible to log in to activate the subcription. The Italian web page is unformatted and full of mistakes. It is not possible to log in. Their only advice after have obtained several sentive information on the client? In a nutshell "tap login" to "log in".

Ran a 5 minute analysis of my ekg and sent to a clinician, the clinician responded but I could not open the report. After lots of back and forth with support offering useless suggestions they finally admitted that there is an issue with viewing clinician reports where the ekg is 5 minutes.
Not a very useful tool if I can only view 30seconds of ekg reports sent to a clinician.
I will be sending the product back as it’s value as a tool has decreased.
This company doesn’t honour its own policies. Cancelled within minutes following their advice on how to cancel the complete order prior to processing. They completely ignored this and instead sent the device out double quick so as to take the money from my bank despite my immediate cancellation of this.
Advice is to return and then make an account to cancel the account?!? The device is going to be returned as I’m simply not taking delivery of it. It’s also apparent I’m going to have to fight via my bank to get my money returned without having to create an account with them to do so. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Unit itself seems fine. I asked 2 questions.
1. Before I bought it I asked if you could pay for individual assessments of ecg rather than monthly , I was told no. But you can.
2. After feeling unwell I sent a one off ecg which clearly stated tachycardia. I asked them first before sending, will they review all leads. Ypu know give you p, st segment analysis etc. They said yes. All I got back was a generic spiel about it being tachycardia and how it could be a fright or excercise. Ridiculous. That is not a proper review. 10 quid. To say same thing as what app says , basically a copy and paste. No wave analysis.
Update. They ignore all emails. No refund. No proper analysis. Do not buy the reviews. Its just cut and paste.
Solid product, responsive customer service team, good communications and follow up.
Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review as it was unclear to me the value of the monthly subscription vs. the basic product. Everyone's doing SaaS nowadays...
I bought a 6L machine direct from Kardia in Feb 22 and have been generally pleased with it. I’ve got atrial fibrillation, so I also took out a monthly subscription of £9.99 for ‘advanced determinations’ which provide further information for your readings and other irregularities such as PACs or PVCs. You also get a certain amount of ‘credits’ to use, if you want further personal analysis of an ECG by a Clinician.
I used a credit earlier in the year where the Kardia told me I had ‘wide QRS’ but when I sent it to a Clinician, I was told I didn’t and that my ECG was normal. I did wonder then about the accuracy of the machine, but I carried on with it.
However, I recorded an ECG last week, where it said it was atrial fibrillation, but I think that there’s also something else going on with my heart which hasn’t been determined by anyone. I used up one of my credits for further analysis by a Clinician, stating the medication that I take and asking if it is just indeed Afib. I received a response within 10 minutes, with what looked like a generic ‘copy and paste’ response, advising me what Atrial fibrillation was ( exactly what I know already and is easily found on Google) and quite clearly they hadn’t read my question or took note of my medication, as the reply stated I could take the exact same medication I’m already on. As the response was so quick, It made me question if they’d checked my ECG at all. I wrote to the Help Desk, based in the US of my disappointment and once I’d sent them all the info they needed, I’ve heard nothing more since - and have chased twice. I’ve since cancelled the subscription as in my view, it’s a waste of money.
trying to get a refund on a fault device. Sent it back with the label they provided. Unable to get any response only being sent emails that do not relate to the refund.
At first i was impressed with the product but after a few months, not so much so i sent a request to cancel the subscription. I sent that request to cancel my subscription back in Feb. 2022.
They continue to take money out of my acct.
Now I will have to take it up with my bank.
In March I sent them a letter requesting to refund my $$ after I canceled the subscription but nothing.
I know that some folks are hurting for money but this is blatant stealing from folks that are already hurting for funds.
I see I'm not the only one with refund issues. They said my refund was processed over 2 weeks ago and then I'm still not seeing it. I've spent way too much time trying to figure this out with this company. What's up? Contact me

Kardia 6L stopped working after 18 months and warranty is only 12. Company has also moved to subscription model to receive newer diagnostics which feels quite exploitative.
I suspect there are better choices out there - it's too expensive for something that can just diagnose tachycardia and fibrillation for 18 months.
Definite buyer's remorse here!

I requested a refund for my Kardia as I couldn’t afford a monthly subscription. They responded quickly and sent me a return label. It took a little while to process but they refunded me my money in full.
Garbage and a rip off is all I can say, I brought the product into the clinic to compare readings, this product wouldn't know Afib if it hit it on the head.
I have tried numerous times for a refund and as per the product that is garbage also.
Probably made in China by a bunch of flat head midgets

I signed up on the 12 April and within 10 mins the app did not download correctly. I wrote to Alivcor customer support straight away requesting a refund. It's now the 22 April and despite several emails and attempts at calling their international number, which is permanently engaged, I'd say my money has gone down the drain. This company is not legitimate. Buyer beware!!!!
Great product! I have experienced an irregular heart beat for many years but each time at hospital appointments my ECG would return as normal as they would only do a short reading. The kardia mobile has picked up many different events which l have now been able to share with my GP so l am now being taken seriously. It has proven there is a problem and l have therefore got the referral to a cardiologist that l need. My only gripe is that l want to sign up for the yearly subscription however although l bought the product from alive cor in UK it will not allow me to proceed as it will not allow me to put my post code in and asks for zip code only. Therefore l can not get even more detailed analysis to share with my Doctor.
Bought the kardiamobile 6l from amazon. You have to agree to multiple creepy personal data sharing statements, have to agree to phone contact sharing then location on at all times + other weird and completely irrelevant things and if all that isn't enough even after paying £150 for the device you are then required to subscribe to an additional £9.99 per month for full access to the app..... What an excellent purchase!!!! 🤔Needless to say this is being sent back first thing tomorrow...
The product arrived on time from Amazon and that was the end of the good news. The item only worked 40% of the time. Customer service was almost non existing and when I did get through, I was told to change the battery, other than that, they said they could not help and to send back to Amazon for a refund. Basically, the product and company are a disgrace.
very bad after care service once they have your money hard to get refund on there 30 days return policy still waiting and not replying to emails now i would not recommend this product some times work most of the time it didn't i would relay on it working there answer change battery what on a new product thats bad
