Furthermore, the price of the accessory items compare favorable with approximiate alternatives. So there did not seem to be price gouging going on, even though most of the accessory items for Alley Oop are strictly proprietary.

Horrible paid for product that was to be replacement and it wasn’t right size now I am stuck with product I cannot use and out the $$$
Bad customer service!!!!

Customer service sucks. The website has poor description of what I was purchasing. I wanted a new net for our trampoline. Ordered what was called an enclosure and received the poles. I had to pay a restocking fee and shipping round trip to send it back. Lost $76 dollars. Ordered a net on Amazon.

We purchased a replacement trampoline net. It fit perfectly. However, it ripped within 24 hours. Our last one made it 4 years before any holes appeared. Disappointed.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a replacement mat online, and before they shipped they researched my trampoline and realized I had ordered the wrong one. They put my order on hold and contacted me to offer the correct size. Truly appreciate their help. So easy to work with!

Love that replacement parts for a 14 foot double bounce from 15 years ago are still available.

Order came in two packages via different carriers. Only received tracking for the first one so was confused. Was provided the second after I asked about the rest of the order.

I have always had a great experience with Alley Oop trampolines. The trampolines themselves are great. The customer service is always fantastic; all my questions are answered on the phone, ordering is easy, and orders arrive reasonably quickly.

Making sure our big trampoline continues to stay in good working order is important and the customer service is above and beyond with this company to help maintain our equipment! We’ve loved this company for 9 years from the moment we bought our first indoor small trampoline for our kids. The care and have great product and amazing service— thank you for caring so much!

Shipping was delayed and the quality of the product is not is not the same as the original equipment. The sewing on the replacement padding was poorly executed.

I've had the Alleyoop 14' trampoline for many years now and they sold me on the durability and ability to get replacement parts. I've tried to get a replacement net for over 3 years now. First, it was the Covid supply excuse. I've called them every year and it's always the same line, try back in 2 to 3 months. It's so annoying since they obviously are selling new units with nets but can't stock replacement nets for existing customers. Not a company I would recommend now.

Ordered a ladder was easy to assemble, seems sturdy, but the foam on the handle is ripped
