AFTER 18 YEARS THE TRAMPLOLINE IS READY TO BE USED BY MY GRANDCHILDREN
I have an Alleyoop trampoline which was bought before 2006.
I first need to compliment the service lady that notice the mistake I made when ordering the replacement part after 18 years of using the 14 feet diameter trampoline at home. She guided me through the process of choosing which model and parts I needed to replace after much used for 18 years.
The lady showed me the extend of her knowledge. That also speaks very well of the training that your company provides its employees. She gave suggestions on other parts which needed replacement that I did not thought of replacing. I also need to congratulate your company for having available the parts after 18 years. This kind of care to its clients is not seen much in our current time by other companies. Ivan

I have quite an older Alleyoop trampoline that needed parts. Service walked me through exactly what I needed and parts arrived three days later. I would buy a new trampoline but after 10 years my double bounce Alleyoop performs as if it’s in the first year of use.

Firstly, and most importantly the items ordered were the items that were shipped. Secondly, the items were sent promptly. Thank you.

The Customer Service team helped me acquire the replacements parts I needed to refurbish the double-bounce trampoline we purchased in 2000. The trampoline is still in amazing condition after being stored outdoors in the northern Michigan winters for 25 years! We’re replacing the safety netting and bungee straps for the pads along with the basketball net and ball. Now it’s time for our grandchildren to start enjoying the trampoline our kids loved when they were young. Unbelievable quality!

They even called to make sure the order was correct.

I am so glad we invested in our Jumpsport trampoline! its more expensive up front, but you get what you pay for and 8 years later i can still buy parts..just bought a replacement net and the thing looks brand new! thank you for making such a quality product!

I bought replacement straps to secure my trampoline's net in 2022. They worked fine through last summer. This year, when we were getting set to use the trampoline for the spring, I attempted to tighten a strap and it ripped apart. As I moved around the trampoline, the rest ripped as well.

I contacted support at the company and they said that the warranty on the straps was only 6 months so they would not replace them. So, I had no choice but to buy what I would consider a defective product again. I will be searching for safer straps that last longer from other sources as well.

It was easy to locate the items I needed on the website, the shipping was efficient and arrived on-time.

We have bought a few products from Alleyoop tramps and they have all been great. The 14' double bounce tramp is the neighborhood favorite and is uber safe.

Excellent quality and customer service. I spoke to a nice lady who made sure I had all I needed to replace the netting around our trampoline. The new net works great.

They contacted me to double check what kind of trampoline I had since they didn't have a record of any purchases. I bought the trampoline years ago but not directly from the company. It was a good thing that they checked. I had the wrong padding ordered. They were able to change it for me.

I have what is probably a 15 year old Double Bounce that has survived 5 kids. I love that I can still purchase replacement parts as things like spring pads etc wear out. Definitely the most used and durable trampoline in our neighborhood!
