This trampoline has outlived every other one in the neighborhood and we love it so much. After several years we understandably needed a couple of replacement parts and they are excellent quality and make the trampoline look/feel brand new. The company also has excellent customer services and addresses any issues quickly.

The customer service was phenomenal and the product was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the ball that came with it goes flat within a day of being aired up.

We love our trampoline and bought a replacement net to keep the trampoline safe and functional.

Trampoline is high quality with great instruction videos to setup yourself. Everything from the packaging, the quality of materials, the accessories (cover, ladder) all fit together perfectly and are well crafted. It’s an investment for sure over other trampolines - but you can clearly see what you are paying for and it’s worth it.

Item was exactly as advertised. The rim replacement kit was precisely what I needed since the backboard was in good condition. The kit shipped quickly and had all the right parts. It even had a new mini basketball!

This is the second time that I've ordered from this company within 9 years. Everyone that I have communicated has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within 2 years of having our trampoline, I needed to use the warranty for a new net and they had no hoops to jump through to get it to me. Nine years later I needed another new net and mat (without warranty) and I was able to receive my order in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

Customer service was great to deal with. They were able to answer all my questions and figure out what parts I needed. Everything shipped quickly and arrived as expected!

While the automated response was a little confusing, when I spoke with someone on the phone everything was cleared up and they were able to release and ship all of the needed parts. This trampoline was gifted to us by my sister and Alleyoop was trying to ensure I was not ordering the net for a different brand of trampoline as it would likely not fit.

I contacted the company twice to confirm that I was ordering the correct replacement parts for my discontinued Jump Sport Elite trampoline. Both customer reps were consistent with my options and very helpful. If you cannot find it on their website, give them a call. I purchased a net and pads. The trampoline is like new again!
