The customer service was awesome! They reached out with lots of additional questions on exactly what model I had before sending me the replacement net I ordered. Turns out I needed a different one and they saved me over a hundred dollars and a lot of annoyance and hassle! Thanks!

Ordered a ladder was easy to assemble, seems sturdy, but the foam on the handle is ripped

I have a 2015 Alley Oop 10x17 and it’s great. However in the last year the original pads have taken a beating and I think the Sun finally got to them. I bought the replacement pads and it’s brought it back to pleasing aesthetics. Hopefully these last as long as the originals.

Excellent help me make the right order before I actually purchased it.

I was impressed that after I placed my order I received an email wanting to be sure of the make, model, year, etc to be sure I was ordering the correct part. The replacement net was easy to install and looks so much nicer than the old weathered net. And happy we got it right and don’t have to return it!

I accidentally ordered the incorrect net with the Octagon kit, they automatically put my b order on hold and reached out to work with me to figure out which parts actually go with my trampoline. Amazing customer service. My kids love the double bounce trampoline, very well built, feels like it'll last a lifetime.

We've owned an AlleyOOP Trampoline for almost 20 years now. It is by far the best trampoline you can buy on the market especially if Safety is your concern. Tested now by Five boys over twenty years and still going strong. I had just had to buy my second or third round of replacement parts. Eventually thinks like nets, pads, and bungees do where out and need replacement. I think at this point the only thing original is the powder coated steel frames and ladder. But the point is that once you own it they are very easy to maintain. We are back to like new condition and its been a wonderful backyard addition for our family. Never had any injuries (knock on wood) either. This really is a safe trampoline and the customer service has always been great.
