Unbelievable help with every step of buying a property

I couldn't had asked for better help from day 1 of my interest in the property I've purchased from someone who didn't have an idea how it all worked so thanks so much from the team especially Stephanie.

I spoke with Alison Soudan to organise health insurance and she couldn’t have been more helpful! She phoned me back at a pre-arranged time and was able to answer all of my questions. During the process she has kept me up to date and made clear she is available anytime if there are any issues.

When I first contacted the company I was put in touch with Alison Soudan to organise me life insurance. Since dealing with Alison it has been really straightforward to organise my life insurance. Since I first spoke with her she has always been there at the other end of the phone anytime I've called her with questions regarding my policy. She couldn't have been anymore helpful and she's always happy and cheery when I've spoke with her. Every company should have more people like Alison who has went above and beyond to help me.

Phil, Stephanie, and the rest of the team at AF Options were fantastic in helping us secure a Mortgage as First Time Buyers. We had a lot of questions around the process but no question was too daft and Phil was always very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Once it came to the application, both Phil and Stephanie took a lot of the stress out of it. They submitted the application and documents, followed up with the lender for regular updates and let us know the latest status. They even followed up with our solicitor on a particular question they had, making even less work for us. In the end, we are very happy with the mortgage we got and delighted with the overall service. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

I’ve had the best experience with Alliance, they have secured me a mortgage even with there being a couple of defaults on my credit file. Both Stephen and Stephanie have been amazing and I will 100% be recommending them to friends and family! If you need a mortgage broker, use them!! You will not be disappointed

Paul was consistently helpful, organised, and highly Knowledgeable. He always had time to answer questions, and was enormously patient and helpful when we were trying to gather the information required for the application. We absolutely trust in his judgement and experience. We are really grateful for the service he provided.

Dealt with Alison Soudan today who was able to secure my medical insurance with no fuss. She contacted me at a time that suited me and was able to explain my policy and answer all my questions easily. She has kept in touch whilst my policy was being processed and is on hand should I have any more questions. Would highly recommend.

Spoke to Alison Soudan to get Vitality Health membership set up thanks to sports org I am member of. She was very helpful in helping me get the membership set up and answering any questions had. Excellent example of great customer support/service.

We dealt with Steven Saunders who helped my son secure a good mortgage with Nat West. Steven was easy to deal with and kept things simple. He responded in a very timely manner to all our emails. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and hope to use them again when another son is in a position to buy his first property.
