Fantastic service from start to finish. Paul was exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable and made me feel supported every step of the way. This was a challenging one for Paul to deal with but he was able to navigate all of the obstacles and find me the perfect solution. Paul was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Being first time buyers, my partner and I had literally no idea what we were doing and how we were supposed to do things in the world of property purchasing, however Paul from Alliance made sure we understood every step of the mortgage process and took care of things when they got a bit hairy. It can be a daunting process to go through when it’s uncharted territory but what is deemed to be the hardest part of a house purchase, Paul made seamless. It was actually the easiest part of our whole moving process.

Paul bent over backwards to ensure we had everything in place in a timely manner, and also made sure things were processing as they should well after the mortgage was issued.

We had a slight issue with miscommunication between our solicitors, but both Paul & Andy from Alliance made a few phone calls to help us out which definitely was not part of their remit, but they did it to help us anyway which we are so so grateful for.

Absolutely fantastic service - we now wouldn’t use anyone else for any of our financial service requirements.

I had the pleasure of being a client with AF Options for obtaining a mortgage for my new home. I was put in touch with AF Options through my estate agent. I can honestly say it was well worth the recommendation.

I was dealt with by Paul, he was able to navigate through all the processes to obtain my mortgage with ease, contacting myself only when really required but also keeping me informed along the way with all the details and obtained my mortgage in excellent time.

Thereafter I was contacted by Nicola who obtained a fantastic upgrade to my life insurance.

I can truly and honestly say the best service all round. Alliance Financial Options have been fantastic from start to finish. I dealt with Steven who showed extensive knowledge and experience and made me feel at ease. I was very concerned about doing my mortgage as been a long time since my last mortgage 19 years ago. However Steven talked me through every process making sure I understand and was always on the other end of the phone should I need him no matter what time, nothing was a trouble to him. Can’t recommended Andy enough, he went above & beyond his role to help us get our house. We were so unlucky to find ourselves in an unfortunate position with countless closing dates due to the spike in buying after the lockdown last year. We were so disheartened & frustrated but Andy considered every option for us & in doing so found us our house.

"AMAZING SERVICE" Really wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Everything has been extremely quick and smoth. We are very happy about it . Paul is very professional broker , very helpful.
