Alliance jewels レビュー

Outstanding service!! Fantastic communication, I live in northern ireland which was quite worrying paying over the phone and not actually seeing the ring! However suhail made the experience so enjoyable and I felt so at ease. It for posted on a wednesday and was here on the thursday.. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you again 💙

Buying from alliance jewels has been great, very quick responses to any question I had. Regular updates regarding the ring build. Even went the extra step to disguise the package to avoid spoiling the big surprise. Very happy with the ring I bought. It’s even more beautiful than I imagined it would be.

The reassurance, instant replies, Suhail always makes sure that the customer is satisfied he sends pictures with updates.

Lovely company… carried me along every step of the way. They were really patient when I had issues with the delivery and followed up to make sure I had gotten it. Ring was lovely too. I recommend!

Amazing and stress free experience from beginning to end.
Fast response and turn around time.
My partner is overwhelmed with her engagement ring.
Thank you so much.
Will be coming to you for wedding rings shortly

Where do I begin!

My fiancé and I booked a consultation to visit Sohail so we could explore the different options/specs for my dream ring. From the moment we met Sohail, he has been nothing but lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Throughout the entire process from initial enquiry, to ordering, to making and receiving, Sohail will make sure you’re happy at every step and keeps you informed throughout. This was extremely considerate especially to any stressed couples as it takes a big load off your shoulders, knowing your dream ring is being crafted to perfection. I could not be happier with my ring, it is absolutely beautiful. The customer service at Alliance Jewels is what makes the experience even more special and it will be the only place I recommend to friends/family from now on. Thank you so much Sohail!!

Bought two rings from Suhaib and he’s second to none. Fab service from start to finish. Had a minor repair on one ring and he turned it around in next to no time. 5*

Alliance jewels are the best jewellers to ever do it! The service was amazing and the end product was even better. They’ve created an engagement ring for partner and it was exactly what I wanted. My Mrs loved it and the ring looks perfect on her. I’m definitely going back for them to make our wedding rings. Thank you guys for making the engagement so special, you outdid yourselves! Great pricing too, so I highly recommend! Communication is great, updated me every step of the way! Appreciate your help so much, thanks for being so accommodating

My boyfriend got my engagement ring from Alliance, and he worked with Suhail—who was incredibly helpful every step of the way!

The ring is absolutely breathtaking—truly the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. I’m completely in love with it!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel like the happiest person in the world!

Alliance Jewels provided both my fiancée’s engagement ring and our wedding rings and the experience has been fantastic. Their customer service, attention to detail, quality and price is first class. We both love our rings and we are so grateful to Alliance Jewels for making our wedding journey exceptional. Thank you Alliance Jewels.

Incredible experience at Alliance Jewels while choosing an engagement ring for my fiance. From start to finish the process smooth, personal, and stress-free.

A huge thank you to Suhail, who was fantastic! Super helpful, well-prepared, and took the time to understand everything I wanted for my special day. His expertise made all the difference for me to make my decision.

Thank you Suhail, for making this such a memorable and special experience! I definitely recommend (have already recommended to a couple of friends)

I have to say Alliance Jewels are the best Jewlers I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with them twice now and they have provided me with two stunning rings for my wife. From start to finish, they have been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back in the future for more jewellery

Great communication fast and reliable and personalised service they really looked after me and i would highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Alliance jewels highly enough! They originally made my wife’s ring, which was beautifully crafted, and when it recently suffered a little damage, they had it fixed in no time. The repair was flawless—the ring looks as good as new! Their attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service are second to none. If you’re looking for a jeweller who truly cares about their work and their customers, this is the place to go. Thank you for such outstanding service!

Amazing service and beautiful wedding band. I asked for something very unique to fit and match my engagement ring and it is perfect!

From start to the finish, this team have been nothing short of fantastic. Don’t get me wrong, at the start I was sceptical. You’re looking for a business who you know you can trust to get your dream ring done right, and I’m glad I placed my trust in Alliance Jewels. I bombarded Suhail with messages day in day out, he wouldn’t hesitate to reply. Even if I was hesitant or unsure, they always remained patient and understanding, never pushy. Everything I needed, they were there at our disposal. When it came down to making the ring, Suhail kept me informed and updated on the processes, what it looked like and if I was happy with the product before it was made and after. Even once I received the product by POST, I managed to get it resized the NEXT DAY!! Excellent and professional service, will defo recommend to friends and family and return should I need anything else. I feel confident in my purchase and even more confident knowing if there are any hiccups, I can trust the team to sort it out. Thanks again!

Unbelievable service. Great communication throughout the whole process.

You'll be pleasantly surprised because the rings are even more beautiful and flawless in person.

Amazing rings
People are so nice and helpful, quality of the ring and diamond is very nice

As jewellery means so much to me & I’m very fussy when it comes to choosing the most perfect piece, my fiancé let me take the lead with finding a jeweller that I trusted & that would create outstanding results .. I came across Alliance Jewels one day on Instagram and I was completely in love with their work displayed on their feed. Not only this but the customer service provided by Suhail is 10/10, he was able to get back to me quickly with any question I had in the lead up to designing my ring & was always so polite in every encounter I had with him.

There was a slight sizing issue with my ring which did cause me to panic however Suhail reassured me not to worry and that he was able to sort this out in a quick manner. I cannot believe the quick turn around when it came to getting my ring sorted & back to me within 24 hours! Truly the best jeweller & most polite jeweller

From the personalised engraving to the carefully handpicked stunning diamond, alliance jewels is definitely the best jeweller and I will 100% be coming back to him for my wedding band!

My fiancé also got his platinum men’s band from Alliance and the finish on it is beautiful & so different from the standard men’s rings I’ve seen elsewhere.

Its also very reassuring to know that in future if we would ever need to get our rings resized we can go back Suhail and he will sort this out for us.

Thank you so much Suhail & all the team at Alliance Jewels for making my engagement special ❤️

I can’t stress enough how impressed I am. From the very beginning of being unsure which shape or size I would use, to changing my mind midway and still getting outstanding results. The customer service here is top notch and the level of detail is second to none. I would highly recommend!
