The delivery person banged on the door very loudly, much louder than necessary. My partner is sleeping as they work late shifts, so this wasn't appreciated.
Then, he plopped the parcel on the ground, scanned it, photographed and then left it on the ground for me to pick up. It was very abrupt and lacked courtesy or respect. Poor customer service.

After reading the negative comments I was sceptical but I can't fault this delivery.
Tracking was accurate, delivery man was courteous and as we live quite a distance from a main city or town on a rural property I was more than pleased he delivered to my door. Thank you.

Left my large mirror which weighs 20 kgs outside halfway down the steps. Didn’t call to let me know. Just left it outside. Mirror broke, it’s too heavy for me to carry. Parcel was from temple and webster

Allied Express is without doubt the worst courier I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel was sent via overnight express, yet it’s been sitting in their depot for over three days with no movement, zero communication, and no clear idea on when / if the parcel will ever been delivered.

When I asked the supplier to follow up, Allied lied and claimed a delivery attempt had been made — which is completely false. I’ve been home the entire time, tracking it closely, and at no point did the status show it was out for delivery. No one came, no card was left, and no contact was made.

Their customer service is non-existent and impossible to reach. If a retailer uses Allied Express, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. You’ll get delays, false updates, and no accountability.

Avoid at all costs.

Please very very careful with this Allied express delivery service.
They leave the delivery in front of your house or ground floor lounge if u live in an apartment.
They say it is their policy
Never tell you about their policy or inform you before they arrive
I gave my apartment number as well but left it in the lounge
Very poor customer service
Disgusting and appalling management
Avoid booking with these irresponsible people

Dreadful service
Tried to find my parcel only to find it was still at point of origin and never collected
Took a week
Of me ringing around to find out

Purchased an office chair from Temple and Webster on 1 June 25 .. they sent it to Warnambool Allied Express and the depot has had it since 5 June. No contact, and no delivery which had a two day window (10-12 June).
I'm an old age pensioner and do not leave the unit and Allied Express have not delivered the chair.
I tried to contact T and W and was being given the run around by the AI bot.
No contact from either party as of 7pm 12/6.
Do not shop online with T & W if you live in rural Vic these 2 businesses will steal your money and then the products.
If I could give a negative star I would.

Left a tv in the rain.Their sms says their driver will notify you on day of delivery,got nothing.On items return promised phone call half an hour before pickup didn't happen.Makes Aus post look good.Just awful service

Ordered furniture item. I got notification stating I missed delivery and card was left (I wasn't home). When I got home I saw 2 big boxes but no card in mailbox, and assumed the driver decided to leave my order. Then I get a notification 2 days later saying item being returned to sender. This confused me as I already had 2 boxes (didn't realise there was 3). Then I realised there was meant to be 3 boxes. I reached out to them and they claim they only have record of 1 box, which makes no sense as I have 2 sitting infront of me thay they delivered? Anyway.... so driver decided to leave 2 boxes and bring the 3rd back to depot, now the seller is saying I need to foot the re-delivery fee, otherwise I'm left with 2/3 of my furniture item. Customer service said not their problem, that allegedly 2 cards were left (No cards were left anywhere) and there's nothing they can do as they only hold items for 48h before returning them. I am livid...

Despite stating that they would not assist in moving our very heavy delivery past the loading dock, the driver actually helped move it into the goods lift and onto our floor of the building. They did also lose our consignment for two days in one of their depots, however they were always courteous on the phone and did follow-up my calls, and they delivered when they said they would.

Companies using this delivery service need to be aware of their terrible service.
Your customers will not be happy with the service of this company.
Delivery driver left a $300 heavy, electrical item in plain sight of a main road and out in the weather.
The delivery company likely wouldn't have taken responsibility should the item have been stolen or got wet but that would have been on the retailer.
Just don't use them!

I'm not going to recount what happened, only to say they're the most useless organisation on the planet. just hopeless

-I want to leave a 5 star review for a delivery that occurred to my Central Coast residence, in my absence.
-The item was heavy and cumbersome.
-The driver attempted to call me twice, and used initiative to place the item in my back yard, out of street view. Gaining access through a side gate.
- You exceeded my expectations and I am so very grateful for your efforts.

Awful service and communications
Didn't bother to leave a card and when contacted were rude and unhelpful
All details for delivery were given to them and they chose to ignore all directions
Never received the item
Would recommended to never use this courier

Absolutely horrible. Sent an eBay return, picked up by their partner network. Advised it was collected, refused to update the website tracking, eBay almost closed the case but luckily, I raised it with eBay. Ask the case to be escalated as surely they can mark on the website it is at least collected. Never returned my call.

It was a terrible experience for us with Allied express, as we wanted to return an item for Temple and Webster , we took an Annual Leave for a whole day as we been informed and confirmed that 8-6pm for the pick up but no one turned up to pick up the item… I called around 2pm on the 24/04/25 to Temple and Webster and got the number for allied express and when I spoke to someone on the line she said “ oh our driver is at Cromer which is 20 ‘mins from my home, and the consultant said for sure the driver gonna pick up the item but until 6pm / 7pm / 8pm nothing happened..: the item for return still at home waiting for nothing… not even a phone call to let us know that if can’t be on the day or what do ever? It was a such a waste of time for us to took our annual leave… Will never trust this company

Exceptional customer service
Urgently needed a delivery to arrive before the weekend. The sender had shipped too late and wasn't likely to get here until after the weekend. Debbie from customer service tracked down the package and made sure it made it on the truck to get to me in time rather than waiting in sorting. Couldn't rate her service highly enough.

Tracking numbers are useless and do not update. Staff have zero knowledge and seemed uninterested.
