Scam company don t hire

SCAMMER COMPANY. Waited 2 hours to be picked up and then forced to pay for their additional insurance as their card machine did not work. This is a known scam with the card readers. Car was beaten up and over 5 years old. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I used @Carjet to book the car and have used them on multiple occasions and have never had an issue. They are the broker but should remove this company from their approved providers.

SCAMMERS, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER AND LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. Instead we spent 3 hours in 2 different off airport car rental companies being subjected to the same well practiced performance known locally as "THE DEPOSIT SCAM" like many others somehow they control the card payment to make it look like it's not being accepted (the is no way with the speed the terminal declined it had time to contact my bank) and then they try to sell you over price insurance and say if you purchased insurance from the booking agent it's not valid also (in our case VIP CARS ON SKYSCANNER who are equally responsible for miss selling rentals and insurance, that will be on another review)

The reason we went to 2 different companies before paying ourselves for a taxi back to the airport is I made 2 bookings because of the reviews I'd seen and was so nervous about it. ( IDEAL MOBILITY WAS THE OTHER COMPANY WITH EXACTLY THE SAME SCAM)

DO BE STUPID LIKE ME AND THINK YOU CAN BEAT THEM WE ENDED UP 3 HOURS LATER BACK AT THE AIRPORT USING A BIG RECOGNISED COMPANY FOR NO MORE MONEY AND A MUCH NICER CAR AND PAID ON EXACTLY THE SAME CREDIT CARD!!!!

Værste selskab. Ventede 45 min på at blive afhentet og kørt til deres kontor i lidt udenfor Antalya lufthavn. Her laver de så et scam og siger dit kreditkort ikke virker og du derfor må betale 200 € ekstra når de ikke kan reservere på dit kreditkort. Har efterfølgende læst her og andre steder om præcis samme scam på andre. Brug dem ikke

Ich habe bei ALO Car ein Fahrzeug gemietet – doch vor Ort gab es kein Auto! Niemand hat auf mich gewartet, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, und erst nach langer Wartezeit kam jemand. Im Büro wollte man mir plötzlich den doppelten Preis berechnen, angeblich funktionierte meine Kreditkarte nicht – obwohl sie überall sonst funktioniert. Mitten in der Nacht, mit vier kleinen Kindern, stand ich auf der Straße und musste teuren Ersatztransfer organisieren. Keine Hilfe, keine Rückerstattung, keine Erreichbarkeit per E-Mail oder Telefon.

Wollten eine Versicherung andrehen und eine Kaution von 3000 Euro. Ob man die Kaution im Nachhinein zurückbekommt ist eine Frage?

Habe die Abholung vom Auto abgelehnt!

Abholung vom Flughafen funktionierte nicht. Das Telefon hebt keiner ab. Sind mit dem Taxi zum Office gefahren.

Worst service ever! Waited 25min for pickup and the they charged 3000euro on your credit card unless you pay 25 euro pr day in insurance. Totally crazy

Alles Negative, was ich hier gelesen habe, war richtig und ich kann es nur bestätigen. Diese Firma wird Ihnen auf keinen Fall das Angebot so weitergeben, wie Sie es online gebucht haben! Es wird auf JEDEN FALL einen neuen Vertrag mit neuen Konditionen verkauft! Danach ist es genau so teuer, wie die teuren und seriösen Angebote hier. Daher ist meine Empfehlung: buchen Sie gleich ein etwas teures Angebot mit guten Bewertungen, aber auf keinen Fall diesen Anbieter!

Disgraceful company. We had 3 children with us 3 and under, needed nappies changing and were starving from travelling. Took them 30 minutes to pick us up from Antalya airport despite them knowing our flight details. Then exactly as all the others have described, they took all 5 of us out to an office in the middle of nowhere and tried to rob us of another £500 euro saying our card didn't work. The card works absolutely fine and we continued to use it in Turkey. I refused to fall for the scam and demanded they took us back to the airport. Which they did. Utterly disgusting people. My children were screaming in the car from hunger. We didn't reach our hotel until 1am after 12 hours of travelling.

All the other bad reviews are 100% accurate. These guys play the same game all the time. I’ve just got robbed by them. The took to their office in the middle no way and then left me there at 1am, tell me to go back to the airport if I didn’t pay for their additional insurance. The worse people on this plant. Avoid at all costs.

Reiner Betrug und Abzocke! Angeblich im Flughafen Antalya ein Office, was nicht so war. Nach 30 Min warten haben wir mit unserem Handy dort angerufen - zu horrenden Kosten - es kam dann endlich jemand mit unserem Auto, aber wir mussten dann ca 5 km landeinwärts fahren um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben. Angeblich hat die Kreditkarte meines Mannes nicht funktioniert, und wir mussten einen neuen Vertrag abschließen mit Barzahlung. Auf die Frage, ob es in Dalaman Airport, wo die Rückgabe sein sollte, ein Büro gibt, sagte man ja. Was soll ich sagen, auch in Dalaman gab es natürlich kein Office am oder im Airport, und auch der Fahrer erschien nicht, wie angekündigt, mit dem Ergebnis: Wir haben per Whatts App einen Standort an Alocar geschickt, und den Autoschlüssel unter dem Reifen deponiert, mit Photo, und wieder geschrieben, dass wir jetzt das Auto ohne Übergabe dort stehenlassen. Darauf kam dann nur zurück, okay, have a good flight! Hatten wir auch, danke! Dieses Unternehmen ist einfach nur schlecht, Abzocke pur, das Auto war Schrott, hat einfach jeden Tag was anderes geblinkt…. NIE wieder Alocar

UWAGA!!! Zanim wypożyczysz, przeczytaj opinię- ucz się na doświadczeniu innych.
Od początku,
Wynajem samochodu przez DISCOVERY CARS - z pełnym ubezpieczeniem, wpłacona zaliczka, pozostała należność przy odbiorze auta + depozyt.
Wskazane miejsce w którym ma na Nas czekać pracownik wypożyczalni
Zapomnieli że mają Nas odebrać, dwukrotnie dzwoniliśmy, w końcu po 45 minutach ktoś po Nas przyjechał.
Miejsce wypożyczalni i wygląd budził Nasze wątpliwości, bo przypominał raczej plac warsztatu samochodowego.
Na miejscu obsługujący innych klientów Pan poprosił abyśmy poczekali minut ( obsługiwał klientów - nasze zaskoczenie wzbudziło w Nas dziwne zachowania telefony, niepokój)

Obsługa zaproponowała Nam abyśmy wykupili ubezpieczenie w wysokości 900 euro- po co? wyjaśniono Nam że gdyby się coś z autem stało wówczas przyjadą i pomogą. Wielokrotnie odmawialiśmy, ponieważ przez Discovery mieliśmy wykupione pełne ubezpieczenie, a dodatkowo mamy prywatne ubezp.karty kredytowej.
Obsługujący nie był z tego powodu zadowolony.
I teraz zaczął się CYRK
Nie można było pobrać z Karty kredytowej depozytu- mówiono że transakcja niemożliwa do zrealizowania.
Proponowano Nam że możemy wynająć bez depozytu poza DISCOVERY - za kwotę 900 euro.
Albo aby zadzwonić do Banku bo może nie mogę tą kartą płacić.
( bardzo dużo podróżuję, karta cały czas w obiegu, środki dostępne są, internetowo zmieniam limity - wszystko z kartą się zgadza) ale dzwonię. Mam indywidualnego opiekuna banku, który mówi że karta ok, limity ok, a żadnych prób podjęcia transakcji nie było.
Człowiek z obsługi nagle musi kończyć pracę, pakuje się, wychodzi - przychodzi ktoś, kto mówi że jest z warsztatu, ale dalej prowadzi rozmowę; wynajmie Nam auto za 290 euro, najpierw mówi że gotówka, później może być karta.
Umowa spisana na mnie, płatność dokonana 290 euro z karty innej osoby.
Ponad 3 godziny od wyjścia z terminalu po odbiór auta.
Samochód w tragicznym stanie, ponad 100 000 km.
Miał być pełny bak, okazał się pusty, więc stacja benzynowa- moja karta działa
.
Ludzie kochani- wypożyczalnia to oszuści, chcący naciągnąć turystów na kasę, nikt nie chce płacić pseudo ubezpieczenia, więc robią myk z niedziałającą kartą ( przełącznik wifi na terminalu płatniczym )

Napisałam skargę do DISCOWERY,
taką odpowiedź dostali z wypożyczalni ALOCAR
Klient wykupił ubezpieczenie, ponieważ nie mógł okazać ważnej karty kredytowej w punkcie wynajmu. Podczas pobytu zagrozili, że zmienią limit karty i złożą skargę do agencji, ponieważ karta była nieważna i nie miała wystarczającego salda. Daliśmy im czas na rozwiązanie problemu z bankiem, czekając około półtorej godziny. Mimo to klient ostatecznie wykupił ubezpieczenie, w pełni świadomy, że jego karta nie działała w tym czasie. Jakiekolwiek przyszłe rozwiązanie problemu z kartą kredytową nie jest dla nas istotne.

DRAMAT- co za kłamstwa,
Zastanawia mnie ciąg dalszy, ponieważ wysłane zostało oficjalne pismo z banku - dotyczące ważności, limitów, salda mojej karty kredytowej - i braku próby nawiązania transakcji które a były wykonywane- a pracownika ALOCAR je skutecznie przerywał

Tak sobie myślę- czy ktoś się tym na miejscu bardziej nie zainteresuje- wzywając policję?!

Hatte vor vier Monaten ein Auto reserviert. Direkt nach der Landung am Koffer musste ich anrufen. Trotz der kurzen Strecke von Alocar zum Flughafen mussten wie 44 Minuten warten. Dann Endlich wurden wir abgeholt und ins Office gebracht. Dort haben angeblich meine zwei Kreditkarten nicht funktioniert. Daher wollten sie mir eine Vollkasko andrehen die hätte mehr gekostet als die Miete des Fahrzeugs. Das lehnte ich ab und erzählte ihm von den schlechten Bewertungen im Netz die genau die gleichen Probleme hatten. Der Junge grinste mich nur an. Daraufhin brach ich ab und bestellte mir ein Taxi. Alo car, nie wieder!!

Schlechte Erfahrung - Betrug!!! Finger weg!

Hatten ein Auto über Carjet bei Alocar gebucht und bereits beim Buchen die Vollkaskoversicherung dazugenommen. Die Abholung am Flughafen hat schon mal nicht geklappt, weil wir Verspätung hatten und die Vermietung trotz unserer Flugnummer vorab nicht gecheckt hat, ob der Flug pünktlich ankommt. Mussten extra anrufen (hohe Telefonkosten!), dann kam uns jemand holen. Ohne kindersitze, obwohl wir vorab darum gebeten hatten.
Dort wollte man uns dann weiß machen, dass unsere Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert (Fehlermeldung "pin entered"? ) Nach einem Telefonat mit der Bank wussten wir es gibt kein Problem mit der Karte. Es wurde keine andere unserer Karten akzeptiert. Einzige Möglichkeit war angeblich, ihr Versicherung (25 Euro/Tag! ) zu nehmen. Das ist mehr als das ganze Auto pro Tag kostet und wir hatten bereits die Versicherung bei der online Buchung dazugenommen. Nach 1,5-2 Stunden Diskussion haben wir schlussendlich bezahlt. Mit 2 Kleinkinder blieb uns nichts anderes übrig! Im Hotel konnten wir dann ganz normal ohne Problem mit der besagten Karte bezahlen. Also alles ein bewusster Betrug!!! Bitte nicht buchen!!!

Do not use this company, I booked via Discovercars.com, Their driver collected me from Antalya airport after a lengthy phone call, This guy took me to the depot where he changed the agreement and tried to charge my card 3000euro deposit when on the paperwork it was only 900euro, the payment failed which was what the crook wanted because his scam was to overprice you for a ride from the depot to your hotel, he didn't give a damm that he was screwing up your plans. He even tried to get me to cancel the booking to cover his tracks.

In short, they have a criminal working for them who is scamming customers on his Nightshift to make himself money.

Disgraceful Company.

When I complained to Discovercars.com they think that reimbursement of my original £7.50 deposit was substantial compensation for my troubles.

I managed to hire from Alamo/Enterprise the next day without any issues.
