I had a great experience from buying to install..
I had a great experience with the complete order. Sales people knew there stuff and helped me get what I needed. I did call technical support a couple of times, and they was great and knew their stuff. I installed the system myself and its working great. The only thing that might not make it a home owner install is brazing the copper lines.
And shipping was fast, I had it in three days.
