Everything from start to finish. Sales people have been kind, trustworthy and courteous. Haven't had any delays on job orders. Thus far all shipments have arrived and been inspected. Nothing damaged. All has been installed. So far all has been running for weeks, months and years now with no issues. Great product.

I originally called for some tech…
I originally called for some tech supporting they were very helpful and friendly. After some diagnostic questions they said it was the Contrtol panel and to my surprise he told me it was still under warranty. He also said the wrong control wire was used and I ordered the correct wire. After installing the new wire and control panel the compressor wasn't running properly so we replaced the compressor control panel also. After adding freon the 2 zone system has been working fine.
The Customer Service and Tech Support was Exceptional and I highly recommend Alpine for mini split systems.
