Professional drivers and helpful service

I took three different tranfers and they all were ponctual, with nice drivers and clean vehicles. It made our stay in Courchevel and Annecy easier and smooth.

We wanted to find the easiest way from the airport to the resort (Les2Alpes) and we decided to book through Alps2Alps. It was the best choice we could make : easy communication with the team, driver was on time and we arrived earlier than expected to the resort. I would come back and use the same company!

Excellent private transfer service for our family of eight between Geneva and Val Thorens at a very good price. Drivers very helpful providing water, croissants and comfort stops throughout the beautiful 2.5 hour journeys.

Booked a round-trip transfer with Alps2Alps (Geneva ↔ Tignes, 7 people, ref A2A283259). Outbound was fine. Return was a disaster.

Driver was already 30 min late, then told me he’d arrive in another 30 min — and then disappeared completely. After that, the company only started looking for alternatives ~90 minutes past the scheduled pickup, and eventually admitted they couldn’t provide a driver at all.

We ended up arriving in Geneva ~5 hours late after scrambling to find a local driver on a busy day. Ironically, that last-minute driver cost €500 and had a nicer vehicle, vs €636 quoted by Alps2Alps.

They refunded the failed leg (as expected), but offered no real compensation. Only after pushing did they offer 100eur credit for future bookings — which is meaningless given I would not use their service again.

Bottom line: if everything works, too expensive but fine. If something goes wrong, expect delays, poor communication, and no real support. I would book directly with local operators instead.

I booked a single van for 11 people, but we were provided with two smaller vehicles, forcing our group to split. More importantly, one van was significantly late for the return pickup because the driver had not secured fuel in advance. While I understand there is a diesel shortage, this should have been anticipated to ensure a timely pickup. Poor coordination and a lack of preparation made for a frustrating experience.

Excellent service all round. Competitive rates (i looked around) and very clear and reassuring communication in the lead up to the transfer. Would 100% use again.
