I have used this company twice for trips to and from Nice airport to Antibes. Found them to be reliable, friendly and reasonably priced, would highly recommend.

From initial booking to pick up Jamtransfer were excellent.
Great communication and customer care.
I will definitely use this company again!

Cancelled and left us stranded in Val thorens last minute

KLM cancelled my flight due to Storm Benjamin, I emailed Jam Transfers about this change immediately and I sent them my new KLM booking which was for 30 hours later.

Jam Transfer did not check e-mail and charged me an additional 100 Euros cash and said I was a NO SHOW.

I sent them screen shots of two e-mail I sent them the day before along with the notification message from KLM.

Absolute rip off company - be warned.

Alexandar was fantastic, picked us up at the Nice airport for a short transfer into the city. Our plane was slightly delayed and we had lots of luggage and he met us with a huge smile. Just a great experience!!

Excellent service, slightly apprehensive when we compared the price against other companies for a return trip from Nice to Le Lavandou. However the service provided was above our expectations. Clear instructions given and prompt respons to email enquires. Drivers very good and vehicles excellent. When we requested a change to departure time, at short notice, they were most accommodating.
Highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to end! We used Jam Transfer as our return airport transfer from Nice Airport to our holiday rental in Menton this July (around a 30 min drive). Booking was super easy, and fantastic communication both leading up to meeting our driver and same on our return trip. We especially appreciated that our driver meeting us on arrival was tracking our delayed flight, and was still there to meet us on our arrival. Thank you so much, and we will book again in the future!

We used JamTransfer for a return trip from Nice Airport to Antibes for a group of 8 & then 6 including a child & a baby. Communication ahead of each pick-up was first class, the drivers were polite & on time and the vehicles clean & tidy. We couldn't have asked for more & i would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The driver showed up exactly on time, no scrambling, no stress. The whole ride felt smooth and professional, and I appreciated how they respected my time.

The price is budget-friendly compared to others I looked into. No hidden fees or weird charges either, which I respect.

Driver waiting at the airport even though flight was early and formalities completed quickly. Return pick up also on time. Only slight issue is we weren’t told we needed to pay cash

AVOID AVOID AVOID if you want a stress free trip. Very disappointed with customer service and attitude. When booking, I asked 3 times if the quoted price (€1100) was for a return journey and was told it was, on 3 occasions. The price was good for a return journey, but high for a one way journey and I wouldn’t have chosen to use this company if they had said it was a one way fair. On Christmas Eve, 3 days before travel I received an email to say that new information had come to light, they had misquoted and as such would have to cancel the return leg of the transfer. I was told it was their mistake and offered a discount on a future booking. When asked what new information had come to light, the original staff member who had misquoted this fair told me that the company wouldn’t be making a profit on the job and they were paying a personal fine from their salary for their mistake. Whilst I sympathised with the employee, I have been left considerably out of pocket. I was advised to read the terms and conditions, which I already had. When you email the ‘complaints’ email as stated in the T and C, it is not registered and bounces back. When I asked to speak to a manager, on a number of occasions, I was scoffed at and told ‘Managers don’t speak to customers, I can assure you, nothing will change.’

I had no option but to take the first leg of the journey as it was so close to Christmas, it did impact my trip and other Christmas events and caused a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty on. It also meant that our return leg was much higher due to the short time scale. When I asked for compensation, I was offered €100 and a discount on a future booking. I was then offered a rebate of over €200 and told that this was the actually the cost of the one way journey.

I was offered a discount on a further booking, but I have no intention of providing this company with any future business. I am appalled by their attitude. If you would like a stress free trip, avoid this company, they lie, try to pass the buck and do not fulfill their contract. They hide behind their 20+ year history and expect customers to fund their mistakes.

NB. I had unknowingly received a quote from the company who fulfilled the transfer and their price was €300 less than the original quote.

Moral of the story, book direct with a local firm.

Booked an 8 seater minibus from Geneva airport to Morzine. The driver was at the airport when we arrived, all went smoothly.

The cheapest company by far and good communication throughout.

The return leg was the same - our driver IGOR drove extremely carefully and was very accommodating as we had to stop twice!

Showed up late, no kids seat. Missed our connection. Company is registered in Serbia so good luck claiming any compensation. AVOID.
