I purchased a Graco pair holes and


I purchased a Graco pair holes and material holes for a texture machine that on their website said came with an adapter but when I it arrived there was no adapter. I called and spoke to a guy I believe his name was Ben and he said the picture was posted on accident and would not honor the sale he said the $50 part he could not give to me. So I asked for my money back and I went to integrity supplies and Chuck was very helpful and the holes was $50 cheaper. They then kept giving me the runaround and would not return my phone calls when I asked for my refund it's been about a week and I still have not received my refund and no answers or calls as to when I would receive it. Would not recommend this company.

Well, you have a lot of stuff on backorder, but you still charge me for it. I also have never received any communication about when it will be in or when I will get it.

3rd order from Alstapingtools

Cut out the middleman and buy directly from Al. I could buy direct from China but Al has the purchasing power to drive the China price down & he screens what he sells. Al has a low markup so,.. If you have been using a 4" & 10" knife for 20 years Al can help you explore the mechanical "assistants" he sells.
