Good quality tools at a fair price

Awesome selection of good products!!! 4 stars because shipping is outrageous. Everybody overs free shipping. I ordered a $35 box handle plate and had to pay $27 shipping!

Sent for Columbia tactical set. Arrived very fast and was best price I found. Great tools.

Very slow to ship, days AFTER providing the tracking number, and sent me the wrong product on top of that. Not worth the trouble to try and get it fixed, especially with as slow as they do things. But I'll certainly never be back.

I was sent the wrong size skimming blade. Ordered a 14" and received a 10"

I have ordered from Al's through Amazon, Ebay, and Al's website. You just can't beat them on price and speed of shipping. I had one issue with the wrong item being shipped and they had the correct item on my porch before many companies would have any item here.

missing part of an order. the missing parts are highlighted on my reciept. I imagine that means they are on back order but don't know since there is no explanation or email.

Spent over $2000 on a high end tool from Al's Taping. Parts were missing. Sent an email to the company and they have yet to respond. I will change this review if they send me the missing parts.

The part that I ordered put it in the box tape tech blades are too short. and I also talk to a gentleman there. I needed a receipt so I could give it to my company so they could pay me back and he never replied so this is why I only gave you one star.

Having the items needed and getting them in our hands so fast, is so refreshing! Way to go Al’s !
