Tracking system is terrible!!

Tracking system is terrible!!! Don’t even specify what was delivered!! I’ve gotten two out of the four items i ordered. Has been over two weeks since order was placed!!

My fault

I screwed my order, ordered wrong part and you guys were so nice and let it slide, thanks, then found me a way to save some bucks on the correct tool. It is nice to have people to deal with, not a corporate clone. Good business sense and good people.

First Timer

First Timer. Web Site was easy to use. Shipped Quick.
One item was missing, they shipped it out immediately.
They will be my first "go to" for my future plastering tool and stilt needs. Nice to know there's a trusted company to help take care of us folks in the field.

Fast shipping

Like always, fast shipping. Ordered the stuff less the a week to the time I needed it and it come in the day before. I don't worry about when I'm going to get the stuff with this company. Always faster then others it seems.

Missing item

If you are going to get tools from here for your next project definitely give yourself time for the items to arrive and for mistakes to be corrected. I recently got my order but I had an item missing and now I guess I'll have to start my next project without it.
